  1. Where's all the details for the VR? Couldn't see them in here?
  2. Still saying full. Do you have an email i can use? Thanks
  3. Definately pay the extra and get them removed. They look awful painted up to and will probably start to peel eventually.
  4. Very nice Chris. Is it a daily or just used occaisonally?
  5. Ive come to the same conclusion. Ive been on the Corrado forum every day since I sold OSV back to Gareth and would like another. Ive looked at a couple of 2-3k cars and they havent been up to my standard body wise. Ill probably wait now till later in the year and spend a bit more to get a decent one again.
  6. Just tried sending you a PM Chris but your inbox is full.
  7. You wont go wrong with LUK. I had one in my VR.
  8. I cant speak for Gareth but in the two years I owned the car it didnt knock once.
  9. Give Stealth a ring. They are ripping out a turbo technics 16vt from a Corrado and installing a 20vt.
  10. Makes you wonder if its just more than the headgasket?
  11. If your going to spend big money id recommend the Supersprint VR6 system. Have a look on OSV's car. Its nice and quiet but sounds better than standard. Looks very nice too.
  12. Lol when did those CH's appear? I still think its looks the best on the MO's.
  13. Id go for something dual action like a Kestrel to start http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/kestrel-das6-dual-action-machine-polisher-cat10.html Rotary polishers can do massive damage in the wrong hands.
  14. Has one of the main guys left then or just someone who does the mapping?
  15. I cant help but think your insurance claim would be out the window if you ever had an accident. They will do anything not to pay out nowadays.
  16. Ive had my last two VW's with Chris Knotts. They were a fair bit cheaper than anyone else.
  17. Yeah theyre stuck on. You wont be left with any holes. Most of them are obsolete now too so id hold on to them.
  18. KW's are the only coilovers that have really impressed me. Ive got a set of Inox V1 on my MK4 Golf.
  19. Good work pal. I'm hoping to be back in one by the weekend if all goes well.
  20. Welcome. Theres been quite a few Storm rebuilds on here lately. Hit the search and you will find them somewhere.
  21. Ah no need to bother if theyve been done.
  22. Not really got any clutch advice but I would recommend changing the timing chains and tensioners if the box is coming off.
  23. Gareth sent you a PM yesterday. Drop me a message if you didnt get it. Cheers Ben
  24. I really cant see why that was written off. Its a very easy repair.
