I know that when I wash my car, if I drop the sponge I wash it out before I use it again. This way I can minimise swirlmarks, You can bet your bottom dollar they the polskis wont be that conciencious.

For those stuck at work and bored. Can you name the film from the car? Some are screenshots, Some are just pics of the car caus the screenshot might give it away. Edit, I wont give the answers away on the pics, just mark if they have been got or not, The right answers will be somewhere on the thread.

Not to worry, Couldn't bend a screwdriver round there, so i fed a thin long driver from the left of the steering wheel and bashed it with a hammer till the lill c**t snapped around the brass screw and the whole switch just fell off. That is a job I would not like to do again. and getting the brass screw back in was well fiddly. However 2 cups of tea later all is back to normal.
-
I am in exactly the same situation. The 2 bent screwdrivers just dont fit home on the screw head, This precision screwdriver? is it actually flexible?

gently use a hairdryer at the bottom of wing by the door sill. This helps the sticky stuff become more pliable.

Ello and welcome along. have you cleaned the ISV? Mine was rough as a dog, It never stalled, but revs would be all over the place trying to idle. Once this was cleaned it made a huge difference.

Contact RAC Customer Care on 0800 731 1104 and explain the situation. It is worth getting images and a quote for a garage to repair the car. Go fully armed with all the details and never back down until you are satisfied. RAC will want to investigate themselves which they are obliged to do, so allow them time to contact the attending patrol and get a report, But keep on them.
-
You will find that more with older cars actually. The recovery services can get to parts and repair bits rather than just call in the flat beds like they do for more modern cars.

Thread revival. I am trying to fit a new cowling, However I am having issues with removal of the old one. I cant work out how the top part of the cowling gets past the hight adjustment lever. Ive tried to remove the nut holding on the height adjuctment lever but Cant shift it. I dont want to break it, Any ideas?
-
Anyone know where I can get one of these?
-
Oh yeah. Mine came at the weekend. Cheers fella.

difference between Porsche Replica and genuine wheels. Porsche have always been famous for overengineering. Hows this for a bit of weight saving on the genine article? [/url http://img50.imageshack.us/img50/hollowspoke2xp3.jpg/1/w794.png[/img

Exactly /\/\/\ My neighbours think Im odd enough as it is. I can just hear them behind the curtains, "ere, That bloke is washing his car in the rain again?" or "He only cleaned it last week! whats wrong with him?"
-
not just you buddy. It annoys me too. You finish polishing and take it our for a spin and the water dribbles off and leaves watermarks on the bumper,
