Yes you need to keep an eye on oil pressure but it does not need to be monitored that badly so its in line with your eye, AFR is more important nut if you do want it in eye line then try thr SWG air vent gauge holder, by moving an oil gauge to the stereo slot thats still not in the eye line sight IMO.
-
I only ever have liked Mr Rossy car on RS301's for BBS on a Corrado.
-
Or you can get the standard volt and oil pressure from a corrado.

From this climatronic wiring-Golf from May 01.pdfPicture 065.jpg[/attachment:29vt7cze] To this 2.8l 24v Climatronic system.pdfPicture%20004.jpg[/attachment:29vt7cze] angled towards driver Picture%20003.jpg[/attachment:29vt7cze] Audi 80 early gauges and gauge holder they also do a set from the same car but a later model that the needle shape suits and matches the late dash clock needles.

Basically you like the deeper bolsters which also come on the Golf mk2 Recaros, like Rallye, Edition 1 etc
-
Im sure the Recaro's with leg extension are RS turbo 1's
-
So whats the current spec Andy?
-
So what spec of the car is left mate? Not interested in the body mods just the engineering side of stuff, it def needs the RS4 seats back in and make it a 2 seater again as the rear seats are not useable anyhow.
-
Fit the charger see if you like it, if not you can always sell it and go turbo like everybody else.
-
The car was built around 5-6 years ago when 4WD conversions were unheard of and nobody was doing Haldex.
-
On the gearbox/shifter thing, are you saying i need to fit the o2m box as well as the tower etc?
-
Im looking to get my shifter right next to the steering wheel but without a long throw basically, can i fit it to a G60?
-
Also is your gear stick quite tall, if so how did you do it?
-
Using a rig mate, thanks alot.
-

Didnt you space them too Bally? My avatar is the requested size on 215 x 40 profile unspaced
-
Or cant you just have it thermostatically controlled?
-
Dont bother with the repair kits, utter crap.
-
Just do the switches the easy way and send them to JMC to do, have them back in a week i bet, and the car has been in the making for 70 hundred years so another week wont hurt things in the grand scheme of things, please get some better pics up of the dash install mate.

Dont get me wrong when you broke it thats when you know you had the most fun you could have from it. 1st time mine broke was when it was at the lower level of power, fueling ballsed up. Rebuilt. 2nd time was dodgy electrics, ballsed fueling up. Rebuilt. £rd time was the broken manifold again, replaced, again lol. Im sure it will be ok mate. Read this http://www.max-boost.co.uk/max-boost/ Especially the cam stuff.
-
Gutted to hear the news on the cam issues Jonathan. Goes to show how people believe what they want to believe and preach till they are blue in the face that x is better than y. You will break a 300bhp 8v, trust me i know lol, done it twice and once at a lower power level.

I always enjoyed reading your topics/posts etc so stick around bud.
