can't let a red rado thread pass me by without postin a few picks of my little baby :lol: so heres a few personal favs 8)

i noticed today that i've got sp9000 215/40's already on the 9's,does seem a shame to change um,think i'll use the money to get me arches flared :lol:

already spoke to doug,tried to get him to part we the dash,he says he's goin to use it on his next project :(

theres a bit of spare leather,hopin the guy i just rung can re use what i just skinned off the old cards,usin the left over hide for any bits he needs to change,or even me dash :lol: think i'm gonna give elsecar a miss anyway,need to get the paintwork done,wheels an door cards.the guy whos gonna look @ the cards is on hols till after easter,so may as welljust take me time,get some overtime in @ work an save a few quid up to get the car complete

the door cards were made to fit the db9 dash.so i decided to have ago @ peelin the leather back to re-mod them to fit the rado dash,lost me temper an ended up skinnin the door cards like they were a rabbit :lol:

yeah reckon i'll try black,can always go back to silver :D now then. a mini cooper and a purple corsa for work cos i work in town now.gonna have to come up and see the g sometime.its lookin good.im sure i showed ya this interior when i was doin mine.right good choice thats what i wanted.whats doug done with his rado and that v5 turbo engine he was building. I'll give u a bell when she's complete u still got the same number?,no point in viewin an half job,she looks rate rough we teh loan wheels an half complete interior :lol: just in the middle of strippin the leather of the front door cards,1st one i did in 10mins,but the 2nd ones been done we different adhesive,been on it for over 2hrs an not even half way :shock:

i'm unsure still,reckon silver may look better,but the black will go with my planned scheme :D

the whole "done to death" thing never worry s me,its all down to personal tastes,i just wanna have a smart lookin rado,not goin for prizes an "scene" points,(dont do enough shows for a starters)if things turn up for sale that i like,an think will improve the looks of the daily work horse an i got the spare cash i'll buy um :D dont get me wrong i loved me recaros an borbets,but i felt the interior needed a change,the grey wasn't to my taste any longer,so need to either get a retrim or a complete change,the complete change weighed in a lot less than a retrim :lol: ,plus i loved it when it was in dougs master piece,i'm actually tryin to get him to part we the dash(we no success :lol: ) as for the wheels,bbs were my 1st choice for me rado but could never afford any,so when the rs's came up on a good deal we me borbets it had to be done,i reckon by the end of the year,looks wise my vision will be complete :lol: ,so 2009 engine mods will begin i hope :D but ya never know what the future holds,i'd still love a TT so if anyone wants to swap :lol:

yeah :lol: they feel like go kart seats when ya drivin :D gotta get a few bits sorted before the interiors complete,need to add my own personal touches to it 8)

they do look well 8) ,might have to look into funds when the next load are bein ordered 8)

sold them this mornin to fund the new interior this dinnertime ,needed a quick sale :lol:

gone down from me 16" borbets to 15",still 9j on the rears,but only 8's on the front

correct,the borbets are now rollin on a mk2 vr6 somewhere in scotland. i'll be goin lower after i get them refurbed 8) dont be dissin me chesterfield interior :lol: its the thinkin mans interior :D

well decided not to pursue the sale of the rado after all,after everyone tellin i was a fool for even thinkin about it,so decided to move on we the next string of mods for the good old daily beast :lol:so heres 2 pics as i can no longer keep my latest mods quiet :lol: just the front door cards to get modded to make them fit,may even get my existing ones retrimmed we the spare hide i got 8) out with th eold an in we the new 8)

i'm waitin for you to complete this project,cause ya bound to sell it,gutted i couldnt afford the last one :lol:
