Was out looking at the VR yesterday and noticed that one side is lower than the other on the front, obvious i thought and whipped both wheels off and measured the coilover threads but there both spot on? Checked the threads on the top mounts and there the same too? Drivers side is around 10mm lower on the front corner, any ideas? Top mounts? Thanks AJ

Drove past yesterday mate and saw you had the bonnet up, this really is going to be a very well sorted VR with the right choice mods, proper good work Tom!

Yesterday fitted new rear door card clips, fitted Daves16v's drivers door handle kit to my broken handle, took 'leccy mirror switch apart and cleaned it and Bingo! They now work :grin: :clap: Fixed central locking so that works to now!!! Productive day!

Just had a quick look under the bonnet and the HT leads have seen ALOT better days, could it be related? They are pretty cracked and worn!

Last weekend i took the battery off the VR6 to start my womans 205, after a couple of tries the pug wouldn't start so battery went back in the VR and all went well until i dipped my clutch the revs dropped and the engine died, this didn't happen straight away as it was after a 50 mile journey? It's happened about 4 times since then at random times, any ideas, weak batery now? Ta Adam

My rear lights are all red at the minute which means my indicators are flashing red also, is there anything i can use to take the tint off the lights? Just going to run stock for now as i dont want the hassle of being pulled, Cheers AJ

Went to the car this morning and opened the door but door mech snapped inside so cannot open the door at all, boot is also playing up as it worked when viewing the car but now that wont turn with the key in! How can i get in? Any ideas? Cheers Adam

Because early cars 1.816v and some G60's use a shallow bottent and wings and also a different front bumper, so the VR engine will be to tall for the early bonnet 2.0 8v's, 2.0 16v's, Some G60's and VR6's run a raised bonnet and wider wings and slighlt different bumper to the above, and on VR's only (i think) they run wide track AJ
