Proper nice set up they've got there now. Went the other week to get camber and trackin set up. I can remember when they were close to me in newcastle-under-lyme. They've come on leaps and bounds since then

Do the rado up mate. Bikes are so dangerous, its not you that you have to watch, its the 80 yr old in the metro doin somethin stupid can can/will cost you your life. I live not far from the 'cat and fiddle' which is a notorious bikers route near buxton and loads of bikers get killed.

Dont forget that if you change the front height, you should get alligned again

The popping might be due to the fact that this new exhaust is a bit louder, so with the standard exhaust the poppin wasnt as loud, a s/s exhaust may accentuate the noise

I drive around stoke on trent all day for a living and its so annoying (and sometimes dangerous) when people dont use their indicators properly.

Cant really find much on the search, probably me just bein thick :oops: Is there anyone on here who has actually put an 9A bottom end onto a KR head, if so, they would be the best person(s) to get advice off 8)

BTW, I have been told that all mk2's and mk 3's that are fitted with an oil cooler use the same one, except the vr6's, which are apparently different.

Would hazard a guess at oil cooler.

Theres a lad on the Elite 1000 forum (free plug :oops:) whos mechanic pressure washed his engine. The car was a mk2 with a vr conversion. It kept intermittently runnin like a dog, turned out to be some sort of sensor, so personall wouldnt risk it myself

Looks like Ive misunderstood the seller. Its definately a 9A, so is that definately off a corrado and not the mk3 (Its come out of a mk2 golf, but i know this isnt where it came out of originally)

Not really bothered about fittin the whole engine, as ive already got a modified head, and my mates got a mk2 golf 16v with 2.0 bottom end runnin K-jet and it does 14.5 1/4 miles, so I know that they work well

I think ones the short block and the other the tall block, not sure which ones which. Also, am I right in thinkin that the rado 2.0 engine is the ABF?
