Excellent job so far,only wish I had the time/funds for my storm....Wanted to ask about the paint, my storm is mystic blue and needs a respray, is there any advantage with this stuff? has your bloke primed all over or only on the parts worked on? I'm thinking i might be able to respray with only primer around the wheel arches after I've got the rust off....Think i might get away with that? I'd also be interested to know what laquer you're going to use. Another thing!! How many coats/ thickness? TIA Great job ~(again)

Hi All, I'll be driving my C from Middlesbrough to Edinburgh tomorrow, it first really big run out since I' bought it @14 months ago. All servicing is up to date as are tyre's pressure's,fluids etc. Is there any pre drive checks I should check out? i.e bottle of redex etc? TIA

Changing the bulb? Easy, pull out the middle controller and you will see the bulb, it comes out easy enough. replace and voila (it's still pap though!)

Now then, I've changed the blown bulb in the center heater controls and now I have some light, however it's not very bright, I've installed the lower wattage bulb (1.2 i think) does anyone know if the higher wattage bulb is any better as the center control is fine but the two outer controls are fairly dim. I also thought this might be linked to my lighter and ashtray illumination, is there supposed to be any lights down there? As I've got none!! Help :scratch: TIA

I really fancy this, it's a lot neater than my original idea of cutting a 3rd brake light into the spoiler. Just waiting for Henny to get back to me re the place he got the holes done, ir better yet, if he wants to sell the other spoiler.

Time to resurrect this post as per my ealier query...... Henny, do you have the details of the company you used to drill the holes? any signs of rust as yet? How did you get the LEDS in? i've got a spare spoiler to use as a dummy run.....however if you still have yors, do you have the holes drilled as yet? TIA

Hi all, i'm really fancying gving this a try, but not too sure where to start!!!??? I've got a spare rear spoiler, but I think what I'll need is a suitable brake light and the ability to mould it into the spoiler, then prim paint etc... Has anyone done this and got pics? Part no's? even iff you went to a bodyshop and got it done thats fine, let me know who they were TIA
