will hopefully be my job to sort that out, the general manager basically said what you've just said and as most of there profit is in Parts/Servicing and fleet they need to get this stuff in peoples faces more. there is a heap of nice toys and accessories out there just no-one knows about it.some of the optional extra kit is superb even though it comes at VW price

cost less using someone eles's money if you know what i mean then just tweak things mileage if i said 85k thrashed and not serviced properly against 113k serviced regualarly and drivin averagely (if thats a word) which would you choose?

forgot to add seen all the new vw's lined up for future earlier, quite a few coupe's and convertables lined up. 8) Scirocco is on, a Golf Coupe which is almost a mk5 golf with Corrado rear end. Poss Passat Coupe and Golf convertable.

that sounds kind of right as the radiator fan is cooling the water.You need to get the thermostat changed pronto really.

think i might be about to do my fourth matrix :evil: been losing water ever so slightly,all pipes have been checked, water pump seems ok so looks like matrix or poss a slight leak in the radiator. bloody hate doing heater matrix cutting your hands to bits with that bloody box plus the clips wouldnt go back on the slider cables last time.grrrrrrrrr

could pull out the run on sensor and tape the wire to the rocker cover when driving will leave the fan permantly on, just remeber to take the wire off the rocker cover when you finished driving or your battery will end up going flat

i binned the valves to the matrix on mine and put in 2 copper pipes, changed expansion tank and cap plus had a few new hoses, like Supercharged said trying flushin the whole system out to.

i couldnt bare keeping my corrado like that, unless i had 2 of them. hate it when i get a lift off a mate in a french $hitter or whatever and pull up at the light just looking so uncool,thinking now if i was in my Corrado..........

was thinking that but might have some rado ones available for free in good nick.

anyone know/think much work is need to do this apart from subframes, mate has got himself a 2.0L C reg capri and was wondering if we can get Corrado seats in it. rears is prob out of the question without major work but fronts are a poss.

the big give away with all cameras is the fact there are signs before them. random camera sign before village/dangerous part of road etc = good chance of a camera , best thing just bloody slow down and cruise through looking cool in your Rado. police cant just setup a camera willy nilly they have to have certain places and then they have to have signs up to even with hand held traps.

how do you advance the ignition timing as i always run my valver on optimax, does it make any meaningful difference?

might just be me but never had any rattles or squeaks in my car. -
bushes is a good idea, poss top mounts, usual coolant, oil and filter , air filter, wheel bearings? pads, disks poss? gearbox oil, oil cooler if it has been showing high oil temps lately.cam belt and tensioner if age not known.

wouldnt bother checking the cap actually if i was you....... just replace it instead with genuine vag item only about a fiver from stealer. one of mine had lost the will to live and was causing coolant to boil out of the relief valve.had it changed and no problems since touch wood.
