  1. Thanks Furki, spoken by someone who knows a sweet car when they see one! ;)
  2. Agreed. I love all Corrados but if power is important to you, buy a G60 or a VR6 :) wont cost you much more either.
  3. billinjahg60, just made me realise my girlfriends mum used to make her own clothes.. sure she's more than capable of re-upholstering my car for me! :norty:
  4. You may like to check the rather large Supercharged VR6 Thread Recenly a lot of discussion on turbo & supercharger differences/gains etc. Try pages 46-48. Or ask. :)
  5. Old one is lovely looking. :) ... they are probably running out of new names + would you mind if they made a new Corrado?
  6. If that happened to me i'm not embarrased to say I would cry :( So glad I live in a town where this kind of hardly ever (never AFAIK) happens, plus my baby is garaged...(touch huge bit of wood). :)
  7. LOL - Classic case of Corrado Fever! Don't give up, get her back on the road and enjoy it.. it's allways worth it! :)
  8. (Fairly dirty) White N REG VR6 driving through The Platt in Wadebridge town centre about 20 minutes ago, 4.10. Was riding on 17's and desperately needed lowering!
  9. That is the silencer for your ISV, AFAIK it isn't actually essential... I might be wrong but I don't think that alone would cause the problem.
  10. Yeh I realise that but what's the actual difference? One tries harder?! ;):)
  11. Jim, how come there are three different ones? What's the actual difference? :)
  12. Well what he is saying is wrong, you can't adjust the fueling too much etc., it's either right or wrong... quote from other post:- Anyway, we're talking about chains & tensioners now. :)
  13. It was answered, they replaced the lambda probe.
  14. Fueling and other stuff already discussed here:- http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=34464
  15. I'm liking the colour a lot. Like the wheels too. Nice :)
  16. Can't believe some people STILL don't wear seatbelts, I can't drive the car without it on, makes me feel really vulnerable.
  17. Andy665, agreed. There are quite few cheap and very good examples to be had at the moment, I wouldn't bother risking it. :)
  18. Yeh I do that too, see how high I can get the MPG to go!
  19. Not my cup of tea but I can see where he's going with it, fair play :)
  20. Looks nice, so are you still planning on returning it to original? Is that damage from the brick incident I can see on the 3rd pic down? :( EDIT: Actually I think that's a reflection!
  21. The one on Andi's fastpurple is with 'future classic' feature with Richard Hammond driving it IIRC.
  22. Ah yes, the crude plane wing analogy is a good one, thanks Dec. :)
  23. He charged kev £500 I believe, so someting like that. He's sorted out some of the problem solving etc. whilst doing kev's though so maybe quicker. I'm budgeting for £500 though! I still need the TB, which I may be geting off GermanCustoms. Selling of all my old parts should cover the costs of my new parts though so really i'm just payng the labour. :)
