They look good, £23.50 inc. postage.

Black rims look sooooooo good on yellow Corrados.. :turn-l:
-
Are you gonna do a mega-guide to 24v conversions?! Good luck mate :)
-
http://www.whatcar.co.uk EDIT: You could also try typing in 'Used Cars' on Google?! ;)
-
Agghhh my eyes!! - That's some very shiny leather you've got there. :)
-
IMO looks stupid with the numberplate hanging off like that, and it's missing fogs... it just doesn't look right to me... :| I was thinking of going for the green leather myself.. not so sure now though.

one of the worst exhaust systems I've ever seen....
Trig replied to steve_16v's topic in General Car Chat
Yeah thats pretty much the only way I can think of to describe it.. What must he be thinking? He could have bought a Ferrari instead of ruining that car! -
Can I have a sticker please!?! Thankyou... love you..
-
LOL - Fair play mate, what a different some non 'hamster' cage headrests make, looking A LOT better, really would like to see this car in the flesh. :) ...Richard Hammond...
-
It's amazing how much difference missing the 'r' out of 'first' makes to that sentence... ;)

The FK coilovers will replace all of your dampers and springs and they would probably fit new topmounts & rear bumpstops in the process .
-
The damper absorbs shocks from the road, most use hydraulic fluid (which is what you have leaking). £115 sounds ok if that includes the fitting?
-
Totaly agree, looks really good apart from the lights IMO. I think black rims can only really go on black cars personaly. You should do the black detailing on your headlights :)
-
Try a search mate it's been covered a lot, most are insured with the following: Brentacre, Elephant, Flux, Direct Line, HIC & Greenlight. :) Should probably be in the Suppliers Forum as well ;)

My VR just started on the first turn of the key after sitting in the Garage for 11 days; standard battery, alarm set, i'm pretty pleased with that :D
-
Dunno about the electrics mate but I wouldn't put warm water on my windscreen in the morning. Watched a lady in my street put warm (not even hot) water on her windscreen the other day, just as I opened my mouth to say something her windscreen cracked.. :| It does sound like you've got some electrics wet though, may have shorted them out ?

When I get a VR6 - If I had 1k to mod - where to start
Trig replied to simonr's topic in General Car Chat
I've spent almost 1.5k since buying my VR 6 months ago. First thing was a new alarm, Autowatch RLi160 - £280 fitted. My old alarm wasn't working and insurance was cheaper including the fitting of the alarm than with no alarm at all! The day the alarm was fitted my standard exhaust starting blowing so I decided to get a stainless steel one fitted, £380. Finaly the most recent mod I have made is the Koni/H&R combo. One of my rear shocks was leaking before so it was the right time to do it :) . £680 Next on the list is OBD2 again this isn't really out of choice, my ECU is knackered so I may as well convert... All the stuff Jay listed I plan on doing eventualy but unfortunately because of all the things that have gone wrong I was unable to budget for bushes and ball joints etc. Having said that all the stuff I have done I would have done eventualy just not straight away! So... what I say is budget for things that may go wrong because with a Corrado ya never know!! :) -
Yeh thats happened to me a few times as well, especialy when handbrake turning infront of the super unleaded. ;)
-
Don't quite understand what you are asking here... Dynamat hoodliner is the stuff you need, cut it yourself... is it the money that you want?! ;)

Flat spot in low revs and slight increase in tappet noise
Trig replied to matth76's topic in Engine Bay
I still don't get the whole 'Overfueling thing', as dr_mat said, it is fully managed by the ECU. My car is overfueling but that is because my ECU is knackered, was there a problem with you lambda probe? -
Think he is using the standard ones from the SSK kit. Can't remember what make they are.. og something??

The carbon Cup wing mirrors on the Jeroen Dik's corrado
Trig replied to PhatVR6's topic in General Car Chat
...looks pretty much the same! -
Looks very nice, all silver wheels IMO though. Your numberplate surround looks really good in black with the rear lights all red, nice simple strip through the silver. Lovely job :) Not keen on the bra, but I guess it comes off easily!

Corrado Spotting! Was it you? [Archive December 05]
Trig replied to PBSTORM's topic in General Car Chat
Another dark green C this time in Wadebridge, VR6 I think, had a red grille badge which confuses me and it was lowered slightly on speedlines! M545 MN* I think, something like that! I was infront of you in my bro's yellow 205.. easily spotted. :D -
I have absolutely no idea but a picture may help?
