My team still hasnt bought a banger... Looks like we'll wait a couple of months, 'til more cars are around with MOT's til at least Sept. Also, my teammate might not be able to afford the event! :x I foolishly let him know how much it was likely to cost, and his jaw dropped :lol: It was him that talked me into signing up in the first place!! I guess if he does decide to pull out, I could always sell me team entrance to someone else.. :?

It's got loooooooooots of features - I still haven't gone throught the manual to set the damn thing up properly :oops: Feels very well engineered. The slider bar takes a bit of getting used to - I actually would have preferred it if they just put normal buttons on instead! Mine cost £260 + £10 delivery I think, and it came within 2 days, which I was very impressed with. I didnt even know about the corrado 'til about 1995 when I was at Uni. One of my coursemates had a Nugget Yellow 16v Couldnt believe it when I saw the VW badge on the front :lol:

Ignition switch?

Mine have been on for about 18months - still work perfect :) There's another thread on here about Lupo wipers, and that your screenwash might cause 'em to deteriorate

Obviously, we are all a bit precious with our Corrado's. Some people just cant understand that though. I had a mate in the car, and we stopped off somewhere to get some drinks. I told him no food/drinks in the car. So as we stood by the car, drinking coke or whatever, he goes and puts his can on my roof! I start yelling at him and he's like wtf? To him it's just a car. But I'd rather not f*ck up my paintwork by putting things on the roof! In my last car, a colleague of mine kindly shoved an empty bag of beef jerky down the back of the rear seats... :gag: Honestly, some people need to learn respect!
