    wheel choice!

Can't go wrong with speed lines in my opinion :-)
  2. Old video but a good reminder.... Always carry extinguisher in my car for that reason... My raceland is ceramic coated in just the base black colour. Looks loads better than heat wrapping..
  3. Go here : http://www.theplateman.com/home.htm Click surrounds... No need mess around with Velcro or anything like! Had em for years. German plates and standard plates in in lovely! Pete
  4. At least im hoping so :) Reason I say is because my temp guage has just packed in... (total coincidence while doing my OBD2 upgrade, my coolant light contantly flashes eventhough there is continuity between the plug and fuse board etc...) Vince @ stealth tells me that the 2 are related. so hoping when i replace my temp guage, it goes off :) Cheers
  5. Just unplug it. If your fans go off its probably that. FCM = Fan Control Module... black box next to header tank --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=53.098550,-2.290893
  6. 2 main sensors usually, speed 1/2 is triggered from sensor on radiator, speed 3 is black plug on thermo housing. Could be issues with your FCM perhaps... Also if you have air-con usually fans run too... --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=53.090123,-2.220812

  10. went pick some up last night, he did me 2 rolls for £6 :)
  11. Isnt the temp warning light the as the water level? IF so: what if you bridge the contacts on the plug on the header tank? sometimes the terminals in the header tank get gunk of them so it doesnt actually 'short' it out, thus thinking low water....
  12. Audi - just over 5 quidk a roll.... im going pick a few rolls later to finish tidying up my OBD2 upgrade.
  13. Problem being, unless you know you can get in via direct.thecorrado.net you are loosing page views as people cannot get on... one of the reasons I disabled it on vr6oc.com

  15. Since I have done my OBD2 conversion, my full closure no longer works, I have a clifford concept fitted, and dont recall removing any wires from the engine harness etc.... that could affect this... any ideas of things I can try or is this a job for a pro? Cheers Pete ---------- Post added at 12:14 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:12 PM ---------- sorry, when I say full closure, usually i hit the lock / alarm button my doors lock, sunroof and windows close.... now I know my central locking randomly is sticking, but I think it could be the drivers side door sticking a little in the mechonism... ?
  16. Hi matey, errm, as much as possible i'd have thought, I've got a good outer panel, howerver I am prepairing for the worst as its rusted from the inside out... so can only assume the inner panel isnt in good shape..... and more panel would give me more flexibility etc... :) will let you know on the roof rubbers, see what else comes up but interested in the panel :) Pete
