they all did but it probably fell off and the adhesive marks just got cleaned off and polished away :)
-
Yeah seen plenty of dragon green corrado's but never an 8v one, must be pretty damn rare that :)
-
The vr6 & other ones can come unstuck quite easily due to the dhesive not being very sticky due to age probably!
-
I'll give you a lift, The Worlds Your Oyster, Go for it! Bud um Tssh!
-
No you are correct, i live with an owner so i ought to know better than anyone

Rear shock lower rubber mount/bush.... Part number?
KIPVW replied to 24V Renshaw's topic in Drivetrain
is it the one that the bolt from the rear beam goes through at the very bottom of the shock itself Jay? not sure which bit you mean. If this is what you need i cant see it anywhere either. -
I know I know, dont want to scare the chap off but he also may need a little coaxing that this place is not E38. Please dont take offence robbarcas. :) we are all a friendly bunch honest

Looks lovely, never seen a green 8v you had it long?
-
yeah about £110 from dealers, i bougt some in april last year or ebay but admittedly none on at the moment! Guess if someone wants them then they may not get many other chances. :/
-
£200? good luck!
-
Great progress mate, a real credit to you!
-
wouldn't worry mate just yet then, am sure a top up will help immensely though. we live and learn buddy dont we. i'll tell you the story about setting the 8v on fire for the sake of a 2" piece of electrical tape
-
Ah bollocks, it may seem worse than it actually is mate so dont panic yet. how much mayo? am sure a little bit is normal unless temp is very hot. Dont quote me on that though. Fingers crossed for you mate.

Feel free to submit something to us i you like, :) The sole reason for lack of more regular issues is purely down to the lack of articles we recieve, if everyone in this thread that hasn't written an article already whacked a little something together they'd probably be enough content for 2 more issues. No pressure you lot
-
it takes a week or so to quieten down too so keep checking the level and top up as required and you'll be sorted :)
-
yeah one bottle should do it. just reconnect when all is back together and top it up, put cap on and run engine and turn full lock for a bit to work it through then repeat until correct level. I think i read that its good to jack up the front too a bit to save extra strain on the system. ie lessen the load on the wheels.

All corrado's that have it are OBD1, some folk upgrade to 2 as apparently they run smoother.
-
Yeah getting there mte thanks! it's the owners that are the problem though :/
-
Ah as above nice to know, good luck with the fabrication :)
-

Lol Eric you crack me up :-) But agree I've done it many a time especially remember seeing a C coming towards me whilst cycling over the snake pass, shouted out loud CORRADO and waved frantically as he went by. He must have thought I'd been let out for the day :-)

Yeah bruny on here has a K vr6 with late bumpers and lights but early dash :) i think they went through quite a long phase before total change to late models.
