    i won a mk3 golf on ebay & on contacting the owner he decided that he wasnt going to sell the car after all,on contacting ebay they basically said he didnt have to sell it,that "he couldnt be made to sell it"

    i have a complete 1.8t passat which im breaking, i need some advice wether to sell complete engine conversion or to sell seperate. how much is a 1.8t engine worth?

    2 blue corrados in the local area,i must be driving around with me eyes closed or to fast?

    what needs to be done to put a 1.8t engine in a corrado,would it fit reasonably straight in? by the by what about a v6 passat engine?

    on wifeys 95 c vr been told by the insurance co that it needs cat 1 ala/imob,it has a std vag alarm/imob which would be classed as a cat1 if the alarm came on when turning off the ign key (auto arming) At the mo it will only arm the alarm etc if pressing keyfob. I have the paperwork that came with this alarm its saying about auto arming(if connected that way?) So me thinks its just needs connecting up a different way on the ign. Any ideas??

    yes sure save taking engine back out again,by all accounts the car rolled 2 or 3 times

    Just bought a vr engine from a rolled car,is there anything i need to do prior to putting in a car & firing it up? (bearing in mind that oil was coming out of the thottle body & all the sediment in the oil will be around the engine)

    good thinking,where is the filter? is it not scary doing this? never done anything to a auto before,would it be a lot different to a vr gearbox?

    oh bloody ell,didnt think,i have bought this 8v auto,for some reason no kickdown or 4th gear(70@ 6k revs) plugged in fault reader,it coming back with no3 solonoid fault,hope its a faul with the wiring & not gearbox?
