Im also tempted to sell my vr6 but; a. I cant be bothered to advertise it/find a serious buyer and; b. It will be hard to find another car as reliable as this one has been and; c. its probably hard to sell cars in the winter.

Im planning on selling the vr6 within the next year or two and going for a BMW 850CSi. I haven't got 15k to spend though!!

Not really a chuftie but.... I had just parked up outside JJB fitness in Gloucester and was sat in the car listening to Chris Moyles and co finish a little story when a bloke tapped on the window. I assumed it would be a chuftie but it turned out that the guy was the 'From New' owner of the Corrado! He told me he loved the car but was moving house and setting up a family so had to trade it in for a Peugot Saloon, he said he hasn't seen it since. Was quite an interesting chance meeting I thought!!

Side on it looks like a hurst.

I used mk2 bushes on my vr6, you need to be 100% sure the wishbone is at the correct angle so it can slide into the horseshoe. Raise hub so wishbone is parallel with subframe

I span mine 360 into a wall (blow out at 50) and it just bounced off down the road, all i needed was a new front bumper, slam panel straightening a little and a nearside headlight LOL!

I prefer the stiff yet accurate ride that 17's give me compared with my 'sloppy' speedlines.

My girlfriend doesn't really understand my love for the corrado but does love the way it handles/can be driven. She is very cool at high speeds and really enjoys the quite twisty local roads! My mum is a nightmare though, when she eventually manages to get into the "stupidly low car".

Friends and family constantly take the piss out of it because they know I love it! They call it a scirocco, golf, collorado and the current jokes are about the "active wing".

Bastards, if it did go up by the maximum of 40% I would be paying £280 more next year and thats after the extra 1 years no claims has been accounted for!

This has zero bearing on the fact that you are breaking the law and generally being a nuisance to the disabled community. It goes without saying that some people take advantage of the system but it doesn't give you the right to openly make an arse of yourself. You are not above the rules whether they be written or unwritten, so either park in a regular space like the rest of us or get on the bus.
