Nice, must have taken some fiddling in pshop! Do you have any pics in the daylight? And are you not worried that if it gets damp (if printed on paper) then it could run, become unstuck etc?

I really like the Audi TT 5 spoke wheels on the rado, especially when polished. But have never seen the 6 spoke version on a rado. Does anybody have any pics they can post up for me? And who prefers what? 8) Nick

Is this thread still alive...? My mates mum came to the door at the weekend as i was dropping him home. "youre car was making my windows shake!" Not sure if its a 'chuftie', but made me smile none-the-less. :D

I was out in Salisbury on sat night, and i heard a massive roar and expected to see a corsa with 22" wheels and a 10" exhaust, but instead it was a green C. No idea what flavour, i was slightly intoxicated at the time. But im pretty sure it had alloys, and it defo had an aftermarket exhaust.

Jay, your car looked super shiney in the 'Ultimate.jpg' on the previous page, i was just wondering what you used wax wise, did you use an electric buffer thing too, or all by hand? -
This sounds like a simple stupid question to me, but i dont know, so i will ask anyway, at the risk of being flamed. With standard brakes (on a G60) the front are 280mm and the back 226mm. Is it possible and does it make a difference if all 4 discs are 280mm? It seems logical to me, but that doesnt really mean anything... :help:

You think? Ive got a red one and was considering painting mine. I came to the conclusion that with red lights, a red number plate holder would be too much. I think the black breaks it up. Welcome, and nice car btw. Have you done much to it?

I think hes going for something like this...

Thats rubbish!! It wasnt anything exciting at all. It does look very nice tho, and expensive! Jeesh!

This the stereo and its spec that I currently own. 52W x 4 MOSFET Power Amplifier SD Card Slot SD/CD PICT (Personalised Image Caputre Technology) Application Disc (Image Converted WIDE) Touch Screen with Mulitlingual Voice Support (English/French/German) Digital 7-Band iEQ Advanced Multi-bit DAC DiAS digital Tuner DAB Full Control RDS Text MP3/WMA Compatible with ID3/WMA Tage (CD/SD) CD/CD-R/CD-RW Compatible 5V Line Output Level 5V Subwoofer Output Level Gold-Plated Line Output Terminals (x 2 pairs) Gold-Plated Subwoofer Output Terminals with Level/Frequency Control Variable-Colour 3D Graphics Display with Contrast Control Motorised Slide-Out Face Steering Remote Control Ready I was looking for some advice for a good quality amp that doesnt break the bank, thats compatible with my stereo, as i know s.f.a all about ICE. Its powering my Infinity 6x9's atm too, but i was thinking of installing a couple 10" subs too, so if the amp powers this aswell it would be a bonus. I dont listen to any hard trancey club music, im more of an acoustic fan, so if its possible to compliment this too, then brilliant. Thanks, Nick

The list of problems my car has is getting bigger by the minute. A couple days ago my G60 started to make a noise when i breaked. Sounded very much like metal to metal, so i assumed its just the brake pads needing replacing, despite having them done in October. Just been to a garage, and the mechanic had a look around and said "your brake pads are fine, they look new. Youve got another problem going on. Id get it looked at by the people who service you car." I dont trust any garages that are local to me!! I also have a very high pitched squeal coming from (i think) the front passenger side when im turning tightly, for example a 3 point turn. It doesnt wait until full lock, it just squeals with a small turn, but only at slow speed. I thought it was rubbing, but im having no issues, and no ruined tires. Could these faults be connected? Also, I drove the car for 2 and a half hours last night, let it sit for 4 hours, and then got back in my car, turned the steering wheel, and a piece of metal it looks like has popped out from nowhere and is rubbing against the plastic backing onto the steering wheel. So whenever i turn i can hear metal scraping. It wasnt doing it before the drive, but is stil doing it now. please help me, and tell me it sounds cheap, otherwise it might be heading for the scrapyard in the sky...
