An easy test is to remove the thermostat then run the car up to temp again and see if your issues are resolved dan.

What design are you after ? Filter'd or sealed re-circ style ?

I didnt change any parts in this area - All i did was fix the broken wire to the gauge and the fan switch.. It does sound like the thremostat in the waterpump could be sticking though.

either the stat is blocked or air has been introduced onto the system. If the bottom hose is cold its very likely to me what i have mentioned

The systems are 2.25" dia Ian which as you know flows very Well. :lol: we can supply these as ian says with a coice from cat back only right up to a full system including manifolds. We currently have 5 left out of 30 for next day delivery :lol: I have some pictures of the systems i will post up here

We run many G60's with the LUK Vr6 Clutch's Mike with no problems so i wouldn't panic to much.

i would be checking the keyway in the crank - as said before you issue is not in the drive pulleys.

The list differnt applications for coilover's cars its nothing to do with the ride height as far as i know its down to the diameter of the strut
