replaced my aftermarket airfilter with the standard OEM box , the MAF seems to attach to the airbox with screws/clips. anyone got a pic or a part # of these items as i'd like to ensure a proper seal between the two pieces. cheers

    VR6 airbox required

Hi, looking for an airbox, please let me know if you have one available to sell. cheers
  9. i have a box of relays in the engine bay as part of a mk4 r32 engine conversion, relay 428 is the ECU power relay which i believe is initially powered by relay 30 (or you may have 109 ) on the main fusebox..... problem i'm having is that relay 428 isn't getting a continuous switched power, and that relay 30 location is the culprit, does anyone know which block on the back of the fuse box is tied to this relay...cheers http://www.a2resource.com/electrical/CE2.html
  10. Does the Ecu get fed switched live via relay 428?
  11. strange problem this week. my car died on me during a short drive this week and has not started since, it does turn over when the key is turned. k-line communication and throttle body noise only happen sporadically, so i'm wondering if the ECU is not getting a proper switched live for one reason on another ..... which pin on the two plugs for a mk4 ECU feed switched power?
  12. Hello mate, are these still available? , I'll take them at £100 delivered.......
  13. Hello mate , do these come with the brackets for caliper to hub?
  14. Sorry thought that was 2014 post .... My bad
  15. Are those from epc? You got a part or product number? Cheers
  16. I know you can't buy these badges individually , but does anyone know of any alternatives?
  17. I thought there was only 2 stages, if you got fans on both bridge attempts of the rad switch block I think your good.
  18. when you have the accelerator issue, does the car spaz out , and its almost as if its misfiring rapidly? the accelerator becomes inoperable?
  19. have full system on my mk3 and another forum member has it on his mk2, all fitted togther nicely, hanging points where in the right places etc. No reason to think why they wouldnt last a good number of years.
  20. replaced spark plugs (bosch from Euros) and leads from dubpower, car idles and revs so smoothly.
  21. i had replaced a blown fuse on the electric pump, which was blown since i bought the car and it started losing water every day, i went through the panic of thinking it was BHG, but then remembered that this all started after i replaced the blown fuse, i pulled the fuse out and water level has remained constant ever since, i did spend a whole weekend looking for a leak , and couldnt find one, the car runs spot on, i did also had a a little bit of mayo on the oil cap, but the guys here said it was probably down to low daily mileage. You sad you recently replaced the thermostat, if you didnt have a water loss issue before i'd start looking for a leak round any pipes you undid. Its not always as worse as it 1st looks.
