You also need to consider 'grin factor' and the cheesed off looks you get from the drivers of Aston Martins and the like when you beat them off the lights....priceless

Time for a Math lesson £3,200 buys me a bike that is just under 4 years old and will do 0 to 60mph in 3.5 seconds. If i wanted to add two more wheels how much will i have to spend to buy a similar aged vehicle and get the same performance

If the motor in that same door is running but the window is not moving then a drive cable has probably snapped. Usually if the window cannot move because of an obstacle the fuse will blow. So from what you describe i'de say snapped cable.

Adjusting steering wheel position after tracking

Not sure about our Veedub racks but some steering racks have a dowl hole for locking the rack in the centre position. -
Adjusting steering wheel position after tracking

Hmmm.....well....he should centralise the rack before he adjusts the tracking rods. If he didn't then you'll find you have more steering lock one way than the other. So...centralise the rack....then adjust the rods....then take the steering wheel off and centralise that if need be. -
I've ordered one of these shells and it should be here in a few days. Just need to sort some Corrado Forum decals/stickers for it now.

I guess Mr Clarkson and the BBC will be making a pretty penny from the Copyright however bad it might be.

bit like a condom then?

Drill the top three tabs...fit rubber spacers and washers under them and then screw to the top of the slam panel with self-tappers. Get yourself some self adhesive 3M velcro for fitting to the tops of the headlights. If you glue the eyebrow to the top of the headlights your going to be rather stuffed if you ever need to remove them.

When i first aquired my latest Corrado the bonnet was heavily stone chipped. I was more than happy when i managed to source another secondhand bonnet (minus stone chips) which i fitted to the car five months ago. Now...i haven't gotten to wash the Corrado much lately seeing as it's nearly always been raining but today seeing as the sun was out i decided to give the old gal a good wash and wax. Well now the car is clean but looks like replacing that old bonnet was a complete waist of time. There are stone chips all over the bonnet again :bad-words:. Also seems to be 3 light dents in the bonnet which are probably thanks to the teenager problem we are having in the street :censored: . Can anyone here who has one of those bonnet bra's tell me if they do any good at all at deflecting stones? I'm quite tempted to get one but a little worried i might just be giving the local teenage kids something else to damage.

The pipe will sit between the wheel well and the rear valance/apron. I'ts going to be a tight fit and i'm not even sure it's going to sit exactly were i planned. Might have to sit it lower, and if that's the case, i'll have to think about fitting a bigger rear apron  . The rear exhaust section i had made up by a French company called Ultra Tuning. It's the joint that's circled in red that is causing the problem because it isn't long enough to reach the existing mid section joint of my Scorpion system. Also need to move a couple of the hangers. So now i am having to wait for a mid section pipe to be made up.

The shells are 1/10th scale and fit best on 190mm width car but will look mean on 200mm width providing the arches are cut to clear. The shell also comes with a seperate rear wing.Wheel spacing suits a 257mm wheelbase chassis. The shells are made form Lexan and, if you prefer, are also available in white ABS .

That's correct....The shells are made by a company called Kamtec based in Bognor Regis.

Watch this space because i've ordered one of these shells and going to decal it with Forum stickers....hopefully. I'll be bringing the model car to meets next year and will be racing around the car parks with it.....lol. Maybe we can make it the forum mascot

Mine won't be done for about another month yet. Got the back box made up with the dual exits. Just have to find time to customise the mid section now.

I suppose you could classify the car as a VW/Audi hybrid and i would hopefully assume that the paint is just a base coat. Whatever your final opinion might be, you have to take your hat off to the amount of work he's put into the conversion.

In a word......no. The only ones available are made by Inpro (but can be bought under various other brand names) which have Angel Eye rings around each beam. These are not Inpro but are available from American suppliers:-

Why can't you get your headlamps out? Has someone super glued them in or sumink?

I've seen a twin round headlamp mod done on a Corrado before. Gives the front a Golf MK2 look.

Live feed to indicator on left should be black/white and live feed to right should be black/green......if memory serves me correctly
