  1. triggermyson, thanks mate. you all love my lights really ;) i think the speedlines were refurbed - still not a mark on them! i'm ashamed to admit this is the first car i've owned that i've looked after - my others have all been driven into the ground and died. but i love this one and have actually considered marrying it.
  2. Dirtysouth, hey mate. just realised it was you the other day. you know you love my rear lights mate! you can have em when they come off! reckon i'm gonna go for the konigsports. dosh though.
  3. Bally, hi mate. thanks. yeah i'm not too sure about the rear lights either. got some standard ones too, but may just get some part smoked ones. i definately need some serious droppage though.... the steering wheel feels as good as it looks :)
  4. Sorry, here's a pic of the rear showing unknown exhaust. Anyone????? Oh, and a bonus pic cos it just makes me laugh every time. You gotta love Holland.....
  5. Hi everyone. Finally i'm getting round to putting up some pics of my new(ish) rado. It was the one sold on ebay as a 'special edition highline with karman interior'!!! I know, I know. The seller didn't have much of a clue though.... Metalic black Black heated leather Air-con 100k miles All electrics working (!) K&N 57i - very noisy! Stainless exhaust - anyone know what make that is??? It looks like a miltek but not quite the same So far all I've done is: Black diamond grooved discs and greenstuff pads all round New coil pack, leads and plugs Sparco 300mm suede steering wheel Alpine CD/MP3 head unit, alpine ipod thingy and ipod, infinity reference front components and JL 6x9s in the parcel shelf Next up? Suspension and maybe wheels. Not sure though - I like a dropped C on 15s Get rid of snide number plates Please feel free to take the p*ss regarding: a) Landrover-like ride height b) 'FHM' style number plates c) Anything else you can think of I hope you all had a good christmas and enjoy the new year.
  6. i've seen an E36 bmw with a single can on the back that must have been literally 12 inches in diameter! he'd had to remove the entire rear bumper and valance so he could get it on. it looked like a home-made jet car - absolutely ridiculous. i reckon his other car was probably a vauxhall ;)
  7. good luck to anyone who owns one of these. bcstudent, is absolutely right - this WOULD make a rado seem cheap and reliable in comparison! don't touch a maser from the late 80s / 90s
  8. and hopefully i've now attached a pic of mine. sorry about the poor quality pics...
  9. dinkus, my wheel is so small it obscures the speedo! 'sorry officer, i just didn't know i was doing 130'???
  10. no boss kit though? thats another 30 quid
  11. there's a special offer on ebay at the moment toXXin. 120 squid for a 280 or 300mm momo team with a boss kit included. i'll try to find the number... that's pretty darn cheap!
  12. Jus, try demontweeks online mate. they have similar if not the same. got some quite cool ones actually. time for a change me thinks :)
  13. where d'ya get the wolfsburg centre badge for the teering wheel Bally??
  14. understood. i'm sure it's very nice mate ;)
  15. L4PRG, was it a home made one? sleeves down to the floor? ;)
  16. also got some grooved black diamonds and green stuff pads all-round. very nice too. cheers santa :)
  17. the aforementioned steering wheel came my way via santa :)
  18. you can also go for the non-drilled race type ones and put the horn push / button somewhere else entirely. on the dash for instance. as long as it works. momo do some very cool undrilled race ones. 260mm!!!
  19. i LUUUURRRVVVE the aftermarket look as far as steering wheels go. the more racer-like the better.
  20. Lanceevox, i'm a complete idiot when it comes to anything technical (except buildings - it's me job!) and i managed it. to be fair someone did re-do the last bit as i fekked the horn up. very straight forward though mate. BTW, i discovered that all the sparco and momo 'motorsport' wheels go on a road car no problem. :) :)
  21. i just want to wind the rozzers up really! might go for some black and silver. they love them!
  22. i like the look of the rim on that monte carlo - thin from the front but nice and thick the other way. can't stand the stock rado wheels...
  23. i was thinking of going for the LA look with a 200mm chain link wheel!! ;) or maybe go all the way and just have a pair of mole grips snapped onto the column??
  24. you can't go wrong with a 9 inch grinder mate!!! :)
