billinjahg60, thats because they think you're german mate! excellent plates you got there :)
-
i want FU 2 it's a real plate! :)
-
sorry....... WTF!!
-
JBOB, yeah i'm not really feeling that mate! WYF! who would buy such a plate??
-
yeah i had heard similar. i reckon round my way they'd give you a verbal the first time they stopped you. unless it was a 'motorway car' of course. they seem to book first time :(
-
billinjahg60, yes mate. should be on a saxo / corsa. maybe even a festa ;)
-
GIXXERUK, thanks mate :)
-
ok, can you tell numb skull how to resize it please mate?
-
doesn't seem to be? am i some kinda idiot? it looked simple enough to attach!
-
just thought i'd let you see the fekin horrible plates my vr came with. not my cup of tea at all...... anyone know if i can still just about get away with german style ones?? any snide comments on the current 'england' plates welcome!! ;) (not sure if pic is attached?)
-
yeah 280 must be tiny. gotta give you a bit of wrist ache too i reckon! i got one that's quite thin from front on, but quite thick from the side (the rim that is). i've actually started to look like colin mcrae :)
-
280 is fekin tiny! proper go-kart style.
-
logicaltuning, like the idea, but gloves would definately reduce my ability to make large roll-ups :)
-
i'll try to get a pic of mine up later. it does look rather small!
-
hi everyone. i put a 300mm suede 'motorsport' steering wheel on my vr yesterday and can't believe what a difference it makes to the steering feel! its like a go-kart. quality! got it from the motorsport section of demon tweeks. the combination of grip from the suede and small size is excellent. feel like a rally driver ;) has anyone gone smaller and what's it like??
-
i have to admit i wouldn't refuse either. would have to keep the rado though
-
but to be fair, if the veyron was a typical supercar shape it would probably only need about 500 bhp for the same performance. its dictated by the wind tunnel and sports regulations, but i totally agree GIXXERUK, it's not exactly original eh? how about the S7 engine in a rado? now we're talking...
-
its american innit. bit of a handicap really :)
-
so you don't like cars of old then? erm...... rado? not exactly bang up to date is it?
-
much better looking than the veyron! it looks fekin lovely. i guess the long tail is for downforce - you must need quite a bit at 260mph!! i reckon the old vr would ave it though!! ;)
-
Chris VR6nos, you know it's true! ;)

seem to be a few cavalier references in this thread so here's another... was giving it some on my way home from work in my cav sri 130 with newly aquired 'recon' engine a good few years ago. music really quite loud. smoking etc. thought i might be able to hear a funny noise but didn't think much of it. then the track on the stereo finished and there was the most godawful noise you ever heard coming from the engine bay. when i managed to cruise to a garage and park up i found a rather large piece of block on the floor underneath, a large hole and 4.5 litres of oil on thr floor! moral of the story? NEVER EVER even for a second consider getting a vauxhall. a) chav b) complete pony
