Was just wondering what people thought? And does anyone have a link to that wheel weight web page/site? Are standard speedies fairly light?
-
Moonlight?
-
Don't think the fake nuts look good personally (assuming they're fake?)
-
Love it. Especially the rear. I think it looks totally mental. Just going to the toilet now ;)
-
Nice wheels. Bit too 'busy' for the C though maybe?
-
I thought it could be adjusted at the rear? Obviously not. Even on a vr?
-
A dealer/specialist stamp mate. Obviously you need to know someone in the trade. Not that I do it. I don't even have a service book! I think the 8th owner lost it ;)
-
Why not just service it yourself then get it stamped anyway? Not too hard, lets be honest!

Will Mk2 GTI Koni coilovers fit a Corrado VR6?

new springs are pretty cheap though. -
Oh god I want it!!!!!! :)
-
Lovely car mate, but I can't help noticing you're wearing 3/4 length trousers in one of the pics. We'll give you the benefit of the doubt this time, but if they come out again you're barred :)

Storm developments fit a 6 branch as part of their stage 1 s/c kit. A dub power one.

had no problems at all with mine either. Mine is wrapped. I've also got a competition front mount to minimse the risk of fekin the 6 branch. -
I'll try and get one tomorrow mate.
-
:) Sorry dude! I think it's one of the best mods around for a vr - totally changes the character of the engine note. All good :)
-
Nice escape! It's happened to me a few times recently too!
-
My shrek has the details picked out in black bog standard enamel paint (airfix type stuff). Hasn't shifted yet and it gets mighty hot in there :)
-
Other than sounding twice as good as a standard downpipe mate :) Do it fella - you'll love the sound. bit like a vr crossed with a scooby :) I've got the one in the link and absolutely love it. Going to go for the same de-cat too.
-
Could the wierd noise be the water pump? They make a hideous noise when they give up the ghost.
-
Hopefully it's not the plugs oiling up then.
-
Nah - old hat mate ;)
-
How many miles on the engine mate? Could be the plugs are oiling up rather than getting clogged with fuel. I don't think fuel can clog the plugs can it?
-
I'd drive them both then make a decision i reckon. On looks alone, i'd go with the audi every time though.
-
Err....... VR!!!!!!! :)

I can't see piston rings causing all the problems mate. The smoke maybe, but i don't think it sounds like ya rings.
