Yeah, heat transfer mechanism! That'll do it!

I'm wanting to expand my website so it incorporates more Corrado's, ie, not just mine! I've heard people say they'd want to start their own website with pics/work done/specs etc but can't find the time or know how to. Well what I'm trying to get the site to be is pretty much what it is now but for other peeps Corrado's. Imagine how it is now but with several C's to pick and look at, or view the specs of and mods done etc. Like coupehaus in a way, just without the need for a nuts car! So if anyones interested, all you'd need is pics of your car, specs, the work you've done etc and the occasional update, all of which I would do. Each Car would have its own version of what mine is now, just with a different front page etc to incorporate other peeps. http://www.thecorrado.co.uk/ Oh, and I have no intention of starting a forum, absolutely no point when this is here! :D So if you want to showcase your car and what you've done, this is it! Like a bigger, more personalised page in the members gallery! Let me know, cause if its not popular/not going to work, I wont start chaging it yet! Cheers

Yeah, its going back on Sat cause it wasn't finished as he was ill.

Did you walk into PSI Tuning just as I was walking out on Monday?
-
Just buy it and transfer the workings into the C! Mmmmm!
-
Just having a philosophical discussion with my bored self this morn and got thinking about mods etc, as you do. Then I thought, with the amount of modified C's (cosmetic or otherwise), is the fact that you have a completely standard C rarer than the fact theres a lot of changed cars out there? It's almost like a new mod. "Yeah mines standard innit!" "Woah, nice man!" Also, quite a few people I've spoke to who are 'into VW's' and also some on the forum say it's nice to see a standard car nowadays. Just my thought for the morning.

Arrrgh! My eyes!

God, I'm car mad! I thought when I first saw the thread title, ooo another grill's come out for the Corrado called the Brands Hatch! DOH!

Is it possible to do it so they're all off, and then when you get to say 750rpm before the red line, all four light up? As opposed to a progressive one?
-
Is this possible? Stole the pic from another post as its perfect to illustrate my idea. Basically, using the four blanked LED spaces on the right, fill them all with LED's and using fancy electrics (and jiggery pokery) get them all to light up when you approach the rev limit. Like a change light.

I used autoglym engine degreaser and it came up a treat after my oil cooler pipe spewed oil everywhere. Covered the obvious and used my pressure washer but only on trickle setting. Picture was actually a week after but you get the idea. Checky!

That told you!

I've just got a quote off brentacre. 4yrs no claims, protected, standard VR6 but can do anything to it up to 210bhp, 6000miles a year. Driving 6 years. £634

Isn't it illegal to have the 'D' on it, as its a uk car?
-
Need new number plates as mine are tatty, does anyone know of a site that does plates (with extra options etc) and maybe even metal ones? Cheers

I'll ask andy walker tomorrow at PSI tuning. Then half it and Jay will do it for that!
-
£10? No thats silly, only joking! £20?
-
So how much did it cost for this obd2 transplant? And how many miles will you have to do to recoup the costs!

Looks quite good I think!

Does it have to be special paint thats only in base colours or can you get it done in say body colour? Metallic? -
Get about 25mpg on average. Thats mainly town/bypass driving. No motorway.

Dash maybe some way off. Nearly £2k is a lot to fork out, especially as a partial respray and wedding has to come first! I suppose though that the clocks can be just carried over to the new dash, and if anything, should make it a bit easier??
