Is that not the TG feature of Nick's car? If so, you'll find a link to it on Andi's Fastpurple site matey. I'm looking forward to seeing this clip with Tiff tho. -
In a "Look, look at the silly monkey" kind of way

Cheers for that Kev. Bit of a bugger that they're only 4 stud for you VR guys. I've attached a couple of pics anyway. Henny - you don't need ANOTHER set of wheels do you?????
-
Hope that hoooooge link works. 17" Speedline silvers look pretty similar to me. I was thinking of getting them for my G60 a while back but had no cash. edit - didn't work. only half the link is working. Anyone help? Speedos
-
Guess I'd better start saving then. Would still love an R34 though.

This is gonna sound silly so don't laugh. Do you have a boost return kit fitted? It could be that that is squeaking. Or has it only happened recently?

G60 X-flow - Anyone completed one of these yet ?

Henny, was that not a Pirelli advert or summat? -
Yip, mine is still fine from the rebuild that g60pops had done and it's still got another 20K till it's due again. I'll be getting it done well before then though and I'll be taking it (or sending the charger) down to Darren @ G-Werks for a full blend. I think stevo29's hit the nail on the head, cheaper parts as the years have gone on.

Polished steel wheels perhaps?????

All I'm getting is a blank screen and the sound :(

The recall valves have been discontinued but apparently VW are thinking of prodicing more towards the end of this year / start of next. In the mean time, I've bypassed the recall valve in Mad-Axl's diagram so I can get lovely hot air in my car in the cold mornings..... it's been almost 6 months of coldness and now it's awesome. I really need to fix it properly, I've blocked the return feed with a screwdriver and a jubilee clip. Longer copper pipe anyone? Or even a spare valve???

I think I've got the article in an old "The Golf" or "PVW" magazine at my parents house. I'll have a look next time I'm over and dig it out. This is the car that made me want to get a Corrado.

dutch, I'd get a pen and paper ready for the impending shopping list matey

Bugger, just read this after posting up the exact same problem. I'm going to check the racall valves. Will keep you posted.

Apparently there will be a 3 - 4p per litre drop in petrol over the next week or so.

The test are fairly accurate unfortunately! But to agree with bix, i think only if you lock up at that speed. IIRC from uni, they measure the length of the skid mark, and use that along with the temperature that rubber changes state (latency i think) and can work out how fast you were going. Deffo get legal advice tho, could be a scare tactic, get the evidence and get it verified by a second party who is experienced in that field and has been used as an expert witness before. Good luck matey.

Changing the heater matrix is a piece of piss! Getting to the heater matrix is the bit that is a pain in the a$$!!

Fastest (Soon to be in)Production Car in the World
biggrim replied to Yandards's topic in General Car Chat
I think they give you a special coloured key to start the car that unlocks the full whammy of power. Which I hope dosen't cost you any more cash. Is this not going to be the first million pound hypercar or something? -
Removed and smothed rear wiper. Side strips removed as well as side repeaters and de-badged? Looking good there Henny. Did you not get a tad nervous drilling holes in the spoiler?
-
Furks, what addy did you try? Not going to make it 38, no cash. Defo don't want to come down and help. Tis a fookin nightmare of a job. Had a sore back and hands for days after it. Sorry mate and good luck.
