It's the fact that he got away with it that's the problem. We all go a little too fast at times and know full well the consequences if we get caught. If it had been joe public getting caught doing that speed (and I'm sure some of us have done similar speeds) they would have got banned and got jail time! Does that mean that when I buy a new car I can hit the M8 at 4am and put the foot down? Sorry officer, just got this car and wanted to see what it could do? Somehow don't think it'll wash with the 5-0 if you ask me. I thought 30mph over the posted speed limit was automatically classed as reckless driving anyway? I agree with Kev. If he was not in pursuit letalone not on duty, he should have had the book thrown at him. A big, rather heavy and pointy book at that. 2p----kerplunk!

Stunning car mate. Only thing I'd change are the mirrors, they're just not to my taste. Love the rims and the finish on the paint.

Spotted the Green Corrado with the colour coded porsche rims again in Edinburgh today Was on Loberton road parked just along from a speed camera facing down the hill. Corrado forum stickers on show, good man. Did you enjoy the show on Saturday?

Saw 2 today at Knockhill. Was chatting to the driver of the Green one. Possibly Paul from Aberdeen. Has green centred porsche design 90's, very nice. Sorry for not introducing myself properly. I'm making a custom badge for the gear surround after selling my storm one to Rodders. Pretty much a year matey ;) Bally, you mean better pics of the front bumper or the car in general? Some woman pulled out of a junction without looking and I hit her. Was a low speed impact so nothing major. Still managed to hit a parked saxo too though. Fundage hasn't allowed for the poo-poo damage sorting but it's on my list (a long list at that). Need to get my tracking sorted before I ruin my tyres too. Goes on and on.....

Just got her back from the body shop after getting some beauty treatments. Damage after my little bump is sorted. I really don't want to put the plate back on! How long till I get pulled ya reckon? Just to fit my colour coded passat rear handles and it'll be nice and black. Also removed the plastic trim from the sides (along with a chunk of paint). Big up to Mick at MFX for getting it all sorted. Sorry for the crappy phone pic but it'll do for now.

Spotted 3 today on my way to and from Edinburgh to North Berwick. A white J plate with a grey haired man driving. A green J plate just after a garage parked in a car park. And finally at 16:15 on the way home, a silver K plate with a shaven headed, sunglass wearing driver. Didn't wave on any occasion cause I was in the Laguna boat. Anyone?

I got 41.8 once in my G60. Was driving in heavy fog so I couldn't see sh!t. That was on the MFA though.

I thought poly bushes on the rear were bad for the passive rear beam/steering thingy the corrado has? I've just read that on the GB thread for the poly bushes. Should use new VAG rears apparently. Correct me if I'm wrong though

You don't need to fit the later surround when you fit the late stalks to an early car.

And no digi-lag either! Deffo go with SNS. I'll be upgrading from my J@BBA as soon as I can afford it.
