Help!!!!!!!!!!!! Just picked up the parts I ordered and only one of them looks right. Can someone with ETKA please tell me where these bits are supposed to go? 028 919 081 D - Oil pressure switch (I think it goes on the right of the block) 068 919 081 - Switch (Alledgedly this goes just infront of the block on the oil filter housing - looks completly too big) 251 919 501 D - Sender (This is supposed to go infront of the one mentioned above) Not even the same thing) Arrrrgghhhhh!!!!!!!!! Wanted to get this sorted today so if someone can tell me where these parts go or even tell me the right parts to order I would be forever grateful. You will know what bits I mean when you look back a few posts. Thanks in advance

10% Discount On Swissol Wax to Corrado-Forum.net
biggrim replied to Glyn G60's topic in Suppliers Forum
Don't you get yellow bits of fluff all over your car using them? Cotton boxer shorts are quite good (and no, not the ones I'm wearing at the time. And yes they are clean and yes I cut the buttons off them) so long as they are clean   -
Just ordered the two pressure senders and the oil temp sender from the stealer afer being asked what colour they were!!! Cost me £40.43 inc. VAT but my mate should be able to get them for less with his staff discount. Is swapping these over going to be easy or am I giong to have to pay someone to do it? Looks like a piece o' pi$$ but the front oil temp sensor looks like it might be a bit tricky. Am I going to loose much/any oil when doing this and is there anything I should look out for and not do? Cheers in advance guys :D

Didn't have one of them on mine but that might be because it's the late interior in an early car. Sorry mate. Where is the screw under the grill anyway?

Exactly the same | think. Just be careful of the electric window wiring. 8) Good luck mate

Reputable wheel refurbishers in Scotland / N England?
biggrim replied to Blown's topic in Suppliers Forum
Picked up a flyer at Knockhill from these guys. The quality of work on display was fantastic but don't know about prices. They are ipf-powder coaters and they are in Glenrothes. Tel: 01592 771805. Hope this helps -
Cool Roddy, cheers for that. :D Never seen a blue Storm in the flesh before so never really knew what the colour was like. Too many people badge up cars to make them something they are not. A guy I know has a MK4 Golf (1.6) and has bought a GT(red)I badge and stuck it on the back.

Bummer (about the hard drive, more so the loss of series 1). The movie was and still is a classic, hope they don't make as ar$£ of the real life remake either. If they do, I'll be

8) Have you heard that they are bringing out a new movie based on the G1 characters? No release date yet as they are still doing what moviemakers do. Can't wait.

Ah well we'll see about that!

mmmmmm HALO 8) Thanks again Joe :thumb right:

Any suggestion as to why the guy with the Storm decided to get it resprayed in a non storm colour? I thought one of the reasons for the Storm (particularly the blue ones) was that the paint was a one off. Am I talking baws again? Roddy, you are more clued up on the Storm than me... it had black leather so that (technically) means it was a blue Storm. It had all the badges in the right places (could have stuck them on) but why oh why would you buy a Storm and change the colour? Each to their own and all that. Think I got too much sun and octane fumes today. Some of the Cosworths and Skylines were running on aviation fuel (particularly the orange-flip skyline that almost blew my foot off and sounded like I ws back in nam).  :) :D

I'll change it back if you want. You found it so you have exclusive rights to the useage. Yours looks better anyway mate!

Nope! (This may take some time for someone to figure out). And JoeM is not allowed to spoil the fun by revealing all. Kinda going off topic a bit (sorry). Anyone wishing to know the answer (if it bothers you that much) PM me and I'll let you in on it like I did Joe. Again, sorry for going OT 8)

Knockhill was good, saw some nice cars, some loud cars and some very fast cars (and got burnt aswell). There were a couple of C's there and I've attached some pics. The other two I didn't have my camera handy for. These belong to anyone on here?
-
That's a good guess but it's not the right answer
-
Wait for it....

I'll fly the flag for the forum 8) Will keep my eyes open for any C's and put the address under the wiper and get them on the forum if they're not already. I is skint too... roll on payday!! L8R Roddy
