Out of curiosity how warm do the heated seats get.My passenger seat heats up fine but it does not seem very warm.Drivers side doesnt work at all.Tried swapping over relays as the drivers side one makes a horrible noise(difficult to describe, kind of constant clicking noise)but no joy. I only ask as I got a lift in a new Saab the other day and the hot seats nearly burned my bum :!:

Seems a bit dramatic have you thought of furry seat covers :?:

too hot replied to greegs's topic in General Car Chat
Corrado still looks far better Scooby looks as if it was designed by 5 year olds, big wings big scoops.Too fast Too furious for me :) :) greegs, Give us a shout if you are selling your Corrado as my mate Scott was well impressed with it at the rolling road day 8) -
Shilakadaddy, This is where they have ended up,gives the family runaround the RS6 look :?:

Shilakadaddy, Hopefully these are the pictures you wanted to see.I think the fronts stick out too far the rears are OK. The wheels are 8 x17 and the tyres are Yokohamas215x45x17.It looks as if I will just have to put them on the A6 after all :) 8) Mods sorry if the pics are too big, can`t seem to be able to shrink them :!:

Lots of good bits on there for someone by the look of it. I take it you didn`t have a passenger in the car at the time of the accident. If you did I hope they are ok :)

Jimbob1970, I`ll second that Gavins looms are superb :) :)

Shilakadaddy, Yeah had a problem wrong wheel bolts and jack knackered. THIS WEEK FOR DEFO
-
Yeah either take the rubbing strips off completely or buy new replacements.1st option cheaper as you are selling. Why are they partially removed anyway, has the car been painted? No radio or speakers? Still worth between £1000-1500 I would say as it looks very clean. :)

It would appear all insurance companies are the same a shower of B******s.They are quite happy to take your money and will always be more than happy to contact you to tell you that you owe them cash.Try it the other way round when it comes to paying out they are tighter than a very tight mean person  I have recently had a problem with Esure---Yeah it`s only a F****** commercial :!: Basically they are going back on what I was told over the phone, some calls will be recorded---yeah when it suits them :!: Back to the point insurance companies are B******S. Keep trying and don`t let them away with anything :)

Excellent so if you buy anything from the States you can get the seller to say its a gift and you don`t pay tax,Ho Ho Ho,Merry Christmas
-
corradovr6sc, Do you still have to pay import duty and VAT on second hand parts? Even if you do you can get whoever you are buying off to write the price down for less than you are paying thus saving Vat and tax

modified corrado storm---DIY---buying & selling
too hot replied to trebor's topic in General Car Chat
pablo_vr6, Tend to agree with that, modify it to your liking and then when it comes to sell change it all back. That way you get the best of both worlds you can drive it the way you like it then sell off all the suspension parts or other bits and pieces,if you decide not to buy another Corrado(whats the chances?) I am looking for electric black leather Recaros for my Storm, but I can`t afford to keep the standard seats, question is will this make it more desirable or less original.Decisions decisions 8) -

It`s your car therefore you can do what you want with it,but at the end of the day from a classic or collectors point of view standard will always be the prefered choice. As that old scouse bird on the telly says the decision is yours :!:  -
My old Vr6 had 165k on it when I sold it and it still went like a train :!:
-
Of course the TT is like a clitoris every c*** has got one
-
Quality
-
No he won`t its not a Storm
-
I had toyos on the TT rims I had and felt they looked too stretched---didn`t give much protection to the rims,in the unlikely event of my wife---parking without hitting the kerb   I must say though that I have had the car since may and she hasn`t driven it once--result
