Corrado OEM style under bonnet soundproofing kit Group Buy
delfinis38 replied to Hairyarse's topic in Forum Group-Buys
Not diarmaid it was castle Cary which is Somerset area. but pointing the finger isn't going to solve anything.... if the person is happy they made £30 or desperate for the cash fair enough, good luck to them.... they obviously don't have any dignity, and will get bitten soon. maybe it was bought before the group buy ???? who knows... anyway its a good product and a 9Euro increase isn't going to break the bank. I paid 80 euro before the group buy. -

At that price I'd just buy 4 new first aid kits with the contents in date... The one in my corrado vr6 is actually the original out of my 16 valve from 1992. It came in a blue/green box.

I'm with you on this.

I do agree with you.... But it's in a different league to knicking something from a shop or stealing a motor car, or even trafficking drugs. I guess it's like the great train robbery, people had a fascination with it.

Do you use the cleaner then balm ? What quantity do you need for a complete interior ?

I admire the guys that robbed the Hatton garden vaults... Must of been a military event getting down the lift shaft, well planned and executed. Know one was hurt and the gems they reckon out off the country.... This is an old school crime unlike the modern computer scams... Bit like the great train robbery.

Any recommendation of which product to use... Don't think I need a restorer or to re colour... It just looks dry... It's never been treated.

thanks dave.... will drop you a PM later with email address.... bought the kit a few years ago in anticipation.... its never been changed. I've owned the car since 1996/7 is it easier to change now as preventative maintenance or wait until it breaks ?? what happens when it breaks ? cant you open the door...
-
I've had one of Daves repair kits for a few years and never fitted it... Are they easy to fit ? Think I've lost the instructions.... If you have to take the door card off I think I will leave it alone until it breaks.... Or should I be doing preventative maintenance now. Can anyone advice on taking door handle out.... And fitting a kit...

Halfords all season in a medium size is a perfect fit... Have to remove aerial (I put a soft towel over aerial base so not to rip fabric) and fold mirrors in.. No pockets for mirrors... Mines been under one for the last 24 months in the garage breathes okay an no problem with effecting paint work. As of yet... Will try and get a picture later for you.. its nothing flash but it does the job... think they are about 60 quid these days I bought this second hand off ebay for 25 quid. even better on offer at moment.... http://www.halfords.com/motoring-travel/car-accessories/car-covers-tarpaulins/halfords-advanced-all-seasons-car-cover-medium

I guess this one doesn't help any more :) it's red coolant... well I'm sure it was purple when I put it in :) with white bits (clouds) floating on the top. engine is toatally original never been taken apart apart from liquids change oil / coolant / filter. whether its just something im noticing because it was a dark green coolant before.
