Unfortunately I don't know anyone who wants to take the blame. If I said it was someone else, and they ask who and I don't know it will only get worse
-
stickers? What are they all about then? Really reason

Thanks all, keep it coming. Found this. It has points & fines http://www.roadsafetyuk.co.uk/camnews.htm Any info on the actual cameras would be handy. It was 2 cameras on a tripod with cables leading in to the little white van

If you've been caught speeding by a speed camera, how long does it take to come through :( Might have been caught by one of those sneaky f*(kers in the white vans  I'm kind of hoping my number plate is too small for them to have caught me..... but I just don't think I'm that lucky

It is frustrating not being able to floor it, but just from what's been done so far, it's driving like a completely different car. So smooth, eager and revving sooo much better!! 8) I've already done about 100 miles since leaving G-werks last night, only another 150 to go. It should hopefully be ready for a blasting by Sunday. I've already discussed with Darren the next stage of tune. Now I know my engine is nice & healthy, as in the words of the great man himself "I should expect to see some good power from this engine, the bottom end does feel like it's in good condition" I already have some plans. I just need to do a few more websites to pay for it all LOL! :D It'll be time for some new vids soon I think! Tyres: Best all round tyre I've had the pleasure of using so far. Not quite as soft as Yok's which is good as they last longer, but still soft compared to the likes of Avon's etc. Is nice to be able to corner hard in the rain. I had Faulkens on before the eagles, and they were pretty scary in the wet! The back end got so twitchy, I had to change them.

I have weitec coilovers, I'd recommend them. The car handles really well on them

Had the car in at G-werks yesterday for a rebuild on my charger. Man, what a difference!! :D I haven't even been able to put my foot down yet due to running it in, but I can feel it's better already! Very impressed with G-werks, good customer relations, excellent quality of work, and also at a very good price too. Once the charger was done, Darren gave the car an engine health check and managed to get the car revving nice an quick, & also spotted a knackered knock sensor, which was replaced on the spot. :thumbleft: I've been to other well known G60 specialists for various work in the past, & can comfortably say I won't be going to anyone else but G-werks in the future. They are a good bunch of lads and would recommend them to all you G60 boys & girls. They really know their stuff, and very importantly, are not out to see how much money they can get out of you! Big thanks for a good day lads, & thanks to Darren for the sorting out the car, keep up the good work!! Dan :thumb right: pic's here - http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic. ... &start=100

I can't believe how a lot of them don't like the wheels on the rallye. :?: :?: :?: and this is his car

what you going for next chris?
-
Hard to choose as there are so many nice corrado's on the site, but if I had to: Renshaws for overall body work Hennys for engine Lee's for interior
-
something sounds fishy there. Get a 2nd opinion b4 you let them take it apart mate.A head gasket shouldn't go within that many miles!
-
Will do matey, once again, Thanks for the advice!! :thumb right:

Cheers lads Well I'm not 100% sure yet. I was going to have a better look tonight. I'm going from the assumption from my other thread - http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=14762 As I was spitting flames the other night I was thinking that the air leak would have been pre-lambada sensor I am about 95% sure i have a small leak at the de-cat pipe. But could that be causing the clicking you we on about in the other thread?

Going to do the exhaust manifold gasket on the C at the weekend. Going to have to have the inlet manifold off to get to it. What I'm after is a list of any gaskets/parts I might need extra - obviously an inlet manifold gasket, but if there anything else I might need? Just making sure so I'm not stuck without the car. que Henny :) Cheers Dan

All going to plan, by the end of the week mate  not gone to plan at all. Will have some next week now.

M reg dark coloured corrado west bound on the M4 about 5 o'clock last night in the fast lane seriously picking his noise!! LOL! Bet no one admits this is them! LOL!

Mines a daily driver. Though I do car share to get to work with a mate which is handy. I don't have a 2nd car, but if I could afford to buy, run, tax & insure another car, I wouldn't be driving a corrado. I'd just have 1 car that was more expensive & faster
-
cheers Kev, will have a look tomorrow evening. If it is that, is the manifold going to be a pig to get off do you think? Also, what kind of power would you guess I'd be loosing if it was leaking?
