bearing caps nuts according to bentleys is 20 Nm (15 ft lb)
-
mine just vents to atmosphere, but some people attach a piece of hose to the breather and run it to the inner wing or to the back.
-
i get about 50 miles to a tenner of total excellium at 1.04 a litre 9.6 litres, 2.11 gallons, so by my reckoning using pythagoras and bernoullis equations i get......... 23.7 mpg
-
mine was done up to 80nm plus a little nip, bout 85ish not the 200 nm for the standard bolt cos reckon it would shear threadlocked too :D
-
oh ok mate fair shout pal just cos your car is so lush! I think that you should go to g-werks.com look in accessories and..... ill do it for ya http://www.g-werks.com/Site/Default.asp ... argers_BBM scroll down. £89.99
-
Gwerks is your man, go for the BBM one, excellent piece of kit
-
Greeny, youre absolutely spot on, BUT, you cant see it or get to it properly , hence having to take them silly 10mm bolts off, which invariably are corroded so they snap inside the box and your left with a screw that just turns and turns and turns, til you get the old extreme violence out of the toolbox and rip the thing off! :) Then the 2 halves ( or quarters , depending on your strength) split open and then you can get to that big bolt that holds the baffle box to the charger.
-
Dewedged throttle body butterfly, removes quite a big restriction to the airflow, people say it gives a snappier throttle response, baffle box on end of charger, sometimes prone to leaks, people replace them with either rallye u bends when fittin a front mount intercooler or an RSR adaptor that replaces the baffle box if running a std corrado intercooler hope that lot makes some sense
-
mine does this too, i just keep it above 1/4 all the time now

:D MY FAVE>>>>>>>> -
Knowing the car as I do, i would say a realistic figure would be 3 to 3.5k without the bits Sell the bits seperate from the car, its a beautiful example and bar that tiny tiny problem, is perfect, the problem isnt there all the time though as its never done it whilst ive been in it , you have to aggravate it to make it do it , but Neil, being the perfectionist that you are, you HAVE to have anything to do with the car perfect, and that shows with the care and attention you have lavished on it. Deffo better than any dealer serviced car IMO. I really hope you get the true value of the car, shame Gwerks aint up north as I reckon it will be a simple issue to get rid of the farting that it sometimes does. Guys if you aint seen this car its mint inside and out , if you have then u will know what im talking about. Here is hoping that it will go to a good home , someone who can look after it as well as you have done mate. Manny :D

I had exactly the same problem and I know of a few others, its the pipe that cracks and persihes on the inside and it starts weeing fuel all over the bay, scary when it starts spraying on your hot manifold, think there was a topic started recently ( a month ish ago) about it, here.........>>>>>http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=57523
