Well, the only photo shows a car on standard suspension, so I'd want a few more pics, especially with the "too low" ride height. Which should not cause undue tyre wear, unless the camber or tracking is well out. The HT leads may be at fault, but just as well could be an excuse for what is a different, more expensive problem. Its an ok price i guess if the bodywork and interior are so mint, but no mot, possible engine and handling problems... :shrug:

31, check my sig for spec. Far from standard....i also had a window and stereo claim about 2 months before it was written off, scrotes smashed drivers window and boot, stole my subs and amp.

Needless to say I was super-p*ssed off. I've never had an accident or even a speeding ticket, yet some twonk in a 4x4 demolishes my boot, drives off, writes off my car and I lose out! The insurance company said you can only have a maximum of 5 years, depsite me having 7, so when they wrote it off they took it off the 5. And there was nothing I could do as their system was unable to acknoweldge me having any more NCB than 5. I'm not insured with them anymore. My insurance was over a grand last year because of that. This year its only 800, so its going down, but its still a feck load of money to be paying, especially on my wages! :ignore:

Not sure an idea like that could work without large investment. Assuming you can get a loan for the cost of building the thing and buying the land, you then would have to have some beefy security as once word got round all the scrotes will come out and try to nick as much as they can. Lots of car parts lying around would be an easy target. Second, if you are going to let people work on their own cars, you will probably need public liability insurance for people injuring themselves.

Hi mate, I've got one but haven't got round to fitting it yet, however, there is a hole in the back which I believe matches a hole in the bodywork. If you don't have a hole in the back, then I would suggest putting a tiny blob of paint on the end of a screw that is already there in the body, push the enclosure till it hits the screw and then drill a hole where the paint has stuck on the back of the enclosure.
