funny lots of people are sayin this about HDMI cable i spent £15 on a QED one they are ok but What HIFI mag says Chord supershield is the best and it got product of the year!!!! i was away under the impression that you payed for what you got only cos when i was into HIFI's they said it about the speaker cable and interconnects and even the mains kettle lead makes a big difference??? apparently??? well thanks for the advise guys alright jimbo?? hows you?? still lovin VR ownership?? :norty:

Just thought I would add my experiences with the HDMI leads. I had a run of the mill £30 lead and it was fine, the picture looked sharp and bright enough to enjoy. But when I needed a second lead for the Sky HD, I splashed out £60 on a beasty lead :cuckoo: . I used the new lead for the PS3 and had been playing Fallout 3 for weeks continually beforehand. As soon as I played with the new lead, wow what a difference :eek: My mrs who had seen me playing Fallout for so long commented how much better the picture looked, sharper still, brighter, richer colours. I know people have said about the digital signal will work or not work but there is a difference in components and quality of fittings that do make your picture better or worse. Go for the best lead you can afford Chris, you will see a benefit. Oh and I hope you've got cinema surround sound setup now!!! :lol: Mattew son which lead did you buy???? when can i come round for the lights? and when can i kick your ass on GT5 ??? :norty: :lol:

Hi just got this game myself, played for the first time online couple of nights ago, and someone requested to be my friend, my question to you guys is would you recommend letting them joy as a friend if i dont know them, or is it ok? sorry if this is a silly question but just got my PS3 and dont want any one wreckin it lol, also can anybody recommend a good HDMI for it many thanks Chris :D

Sometimes other things completely redirect your attention. I've certainly shifted most of my attention away from cars this last year. Think I over did it a bit in the past. same here son think ive over done it a bit in the past with cars lol we all have our vices in life lol

got my card ages ago forgot to mention it, Kip my tenner was missing out of it lol :) i personally loved the card nice extra surpise for xmas, i think people who dont like go on the naughty list for next year lol. DONT put a cover on fresh paint is a first rob my son, remember also that if you disconnect the battery then the next time you fire her up the first ten minutes it will go in to rapid learning mode on the ECU!!! thats a couple of thing that spring to mind ttfn langers

Well sounds to me like you like me in the sense that i dont class my car a modded car nor do i class it as a completely factory stock car, if and i mean IF i really wanted to i reckon it would take me a weekend or two to put it back to complete original as it came out the factory christ ive still got the original radio cassette in the garage , I think it all boils down to personal taste and what ticks the boxes for you! I love original cars more so than any thing else, dont get me wrong i have alot of respect for heavy modify VWs but original ones standard factory fresh is what really does it for me, BUT there are certain models in the VW range that need a few light tweaks to improve them, like the corrado's lights where as (for me anyway) the mk4 R32 i would leave as stock, box fresh love it right ride height looks, etc good to here your decision Gareth ttfn chris :salute:

good man lol parts for my car have only got as far as the kitchen (not aloud any further than that :) ) ah paul hope you sort the nuggut and a far the your VR goes i would hate to see it with any think on it that non standard, as its soooooo clean and factory fresh.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhh gareth i see said the blind man lol, yep see where you coming from i do this some times lol sounds like you very similar to me :) paul :D they are just dont suit the rado they are very 70s 80s VW BUT not on the rado IMO still cuts it with some of the cars today to a degree!!! what i think im trying to say is the corrado only need 3 small changes to make it look current 1. side repeater 2. rear lights (orange tinted to red pin stripe) 3. a nd last the Ride height NOT to low but to get rid of th 4x4 look this in IMO is how the car left the factory, lets put it like this even VW have a go at it look at a small bumper then big bumper golf GTI some mods HUGH differents still love your VR THO Paul :norty: :notworthy:
