  8. you got it mate i dont want to be draggin the tarmac, i feel mine is low enough to have a good stance yet still useable on a daily basis in the two years i have had the coilovers i never bottomed out i catch the spoiler in and out but its rare!! Rob you got to do whats happy for you mate, Ultra low may get you more scene points  but closing your eyes for every leaf in the road then its pointless!!! :nono:
  9. Nothing, yet  Yours is very nicely OEM with a hint of +. I'm just doing bits and bobs and its nowhere near being a standardish car, so I'm not too worried about keeping it as original. I like to think so cheers matt, fair play mate, think you, Rob and me need to hook up for a mini Rado meet
  10. ha ha Matt if i get some KW v3 what am i goin to do with the H&R's :notworthy: :cuckoo: Rob, Matt seriously look at those recent pics of mine do you think i need to lower it more?????

  16. what you mean it needs lowering :nono: , sorry mate but its a daily so i have to be sensible  and we dont have good roads like you in Sweden lol
  17. cheers Zak, lol yep trust the good old BBS Splitties to put a smile on our faces lol, same here mate just to an age get em back on, normally they on mayish time, just want to sort my stone chips, lacuaer peeling on roof etc really want to sort it out,but A i have no money and B trusting the right person to do the job!!! Zak,what showsyou going to this year mate???
  18. i soooooo love nugget yellow rado's :norty:
  19. Definitely - hold their value very well indeed and the sound/torque is just amazing. Just a shame they run out of grunt a bit too early. I had a silver one, which although I know everyone always wants blue, is actually really nice as it's such a deep silver that you don't get on other VW's except I think the Anniversary Golf. I probably wouldn't have gone for silver by choice but p/ex'd with someone who wanted my Evo 8. oooooo niceeee yes i like silver, and blue, my mate let me drive his dark blue one, to be honest i loved it, seemed like it has a more response throttle??? the sound is awesome the bucket seats really hold you in!! i wouldnt call it soft in turns of ride quality seem planted in fact more a firm ride, VW driver mag described it as a street racer and that alot of people brought them cos of the media press and the limited edition (3500 cars)is that right??? to then own one to find they werent that refined, me personally love all that, they also said it was a bit of a rushed job for VW cos VW were gettin hammered about not having a good drivers car so they out sourced alot ie body kit, seat etc, were the mk5 r32 is a much more refined product and design more in house. all good stuff tho lol
  20. yes i agree with you i think the VR is a better lookin car than the R32, but there something i really like about them, i think it might be that the r32 looks good straight out the box, the sound etc but they seem to be holding there value to well!!!, what colour was your mate???
  21. AHHH Adski each to their own i guess mate, for me BBS go hand in hand with any VAG car, and being influenced by this growing up as a kid in the 80's seeing all sorts of audi's and mk1 mk2 golfs with either BBS bodykits or wheels on has cemented this in my head probably lol
  22. i agree with Jim on all the above, never owned a G60, would love to (in nugget yellow with black leather lol) i did have two valver's before but golfs which are near the same, I have driven dave dewsons 16 Valver rado, i would have to say the valvers are more chuckable through the corners due to not having such a heavy front nose apart from that for me the VR's are all ++++++++'s BUT would people swap there Rado VR's for a golf R32??????
