  1. When should we expect a copy eric? Wonder if theres any 24v Corrado's in there ;)
  2. I did notice it, but assumed the VR ones shouldnt be much more ;)
  3. The wishbones are around £20 ish mate on ebay. How much are VW charging? Clicky
  4. Turn it on to intermittent. Turn it off, then back on when the screen gets wet again. The interval will then be programmed. if the rain is slightly worse then repeat, but turn it back on sooner. If rain is les then repeat but wait a little longer before turning back on, easy ;)
  5. Nope got to take my mate to the airport!!! Cheky tw*t!!!
  6. Wonder if this will work on the 4mo???
  7. I mean one of these, see where Im going??? ;) Mk 4 Cage
  8. As has just been pointed out by saysomestuff my car has had its first birthday, with the 24v engine in it!! and its my birthday too, never realised they were on the same day before 8) Happy Birthday to me Happy birthday to me.....
  9. I have the same problem mate, not had chance to sort it yet though. Only on my drivers side though
  10. Has anyone fitted one? Just wondered if they fit as it could help some people when fitting gauges etc. It could also be an aid to the flimsy centre section on the Corrado.
  11. Put it on top of your other one and take a pic, we'll let you know if its right or not then ;)
  12. Thats a fairly easy part to remove iirc. It was/is no worse to start than any other engine, its the muppet pushing the switches in the cockpit that causes the problems, and the Hawk suffers the same issues
  13. Found some, in case anyone else wnats them: http://scantool.imechatronics.com/vagco ... erface.htm
  14. Thought they said it was a BAE Hawk Engine which is a Rolls-Royce / Turbomeca Adour 151 non-afterburning turbofan, As Used by the Dead Sparrows???? The car builders must've modified it with an afterburner though as the Hawk doesn't have one! The hawk engine is pretty much the same as the Adour Mk104 fitted to the Jag, however the Jag has the reheat (afterburner) stage. So why not just use that instead of bolting one to a Hawk engine??? Thats why I pretty much reckon its a Jag mk 104, but who knows of a Jag? Hence the referral to the Red Arrows ;)
  15. Thought it may be one of those, or the Lambda. Still trying to get some drivers for the aftermarket lead!! Anyone got any?
  16. All the words mate ;)
  17. In Birmingham and never popped in to say hi! Huh.....[/quote:1c84a] Sorry mate, wasnt hanging around though. It was in Aston, just off Jct 6 M6. You near there?
  18. Hopefully mate. However, I drove it back from Birmingham, and its actually worse today. may have to swap mine over for some fault invest.
  19. Not bad considering it was designed to be a trainer. Anyway we all know the only reason a Jag takes off is due to the curvature of the Earth ;) All except for the "M" variant in the French Navy
  20. I will do when I iron the the problems!!! The bloody bloke I bought it off valeted it, and now its running really rough with the exhaust emission light on, I think he steamed the engine  Hopefully its nothing too bad!!! Also need to change the front wishbone bushes, so may just change the wishbones themselves instead.
  21. Oi, dont slag off the mighty cat!!! 35 years of fighting feline fury!!!
