Rolex that would probably work, but Ive already got nearly £100 worth of K&N in there, so dont want to spent another £150. Cheers though. Dutch, that looks ideal mate. I was thinking about my old 200sx, which had something similar, the other day and wondered if one of those would do it. You got a part number for it? Can you still get them from VW? Any idea on price?

Well if you pulled your bloody finger out it wouldnt be on ebay any longer!!! Muppet

Ive just sent them a message from their website, so we'll see what they say. Cheers ;)

Mate, when you do get to finally drive it you'll be in luurrrvvvee and remember why you bought it in the first place ;) believe me, I only drove my car about 1000 miles in the first 9 months of ownership due to engine problems :( I sometimes think about change, and think I'll get bored, then all of a sudden you put your foot down and it all becomes a distant memory!!!

Thats what I want!!!! You seen any pics or links mate?

That was when the engine had just been fitted and it was still at PSI Henny cheers dude, will have a think about that one ;) Still open to other suggestions though guys.

Get it all rat'd out until you decide to get it sorted after she's been driving a bit longer 8) I feel for you with the rears calipers mate. Mine did the same the other month, but as the steering wheel was turn at an angle, it went across the road and into my neighbours 4x4  but it probably wouldve hit the house down the street if the wheels were straight  Now it always gets left in gear!!!! ;)
-
Cut mine off too, bit of a pattern here me thinks ;)

So is it possible to get this working for my car? I thought it was all in the ECU?
-
Right, whats the best way to get some cold air into ny intake, which is on the wrong side of the car (compared to the 12v)? I was toying with the idea of those fog replacement vents, but gone off that idea now. A mate of mine mentioned intakes for the bottom front valance, but Ive never seen these on a C. Anyone got any ideas?

:iamwithstupid: Whats up with the bottom end though mate? Who has had a look at it for you? Nice colour C by the way ;)

Reply from PSI: He used the golf clocks for the immobiliser and spliced the wire off the original clocks. Personally, I wish I'd had the MK4 clocks put in, but may look into that further down the line ;)
-
One other thing to note for perspective purchasres - Make sure ALL of the keys are there, especially the master RED one! If you lose that you cant get any more keys cut, and need a new ignition system which is over a grand iirc  I actually like these cars

Is that so? Do tell more young kevin ;)
-
Spykee buy some lupo wipers mate ;)
-
Not f*cking likely

Mine has been wired into the C clocks, not sure how it was done but I know the Golf clock innards had to be left in for the immobiliser to work. I can try and find out though.
