Have a close look at the next Storm you see ;)
-
They do indeed, £12.99. Where does it go though? http://www.jetex.co.uk/website/pollenfi ... od=Corrado
-
Ive got standard, and am gonna paint it the same colour as the car, along with the headlight surrounds, and rear number plate surround ;)
-
Ive known of other cars with pollen filters, which dont have air con. Surely they would help with normal air coming into the car too, by removing the pollen from the air???

umm that could well happen to your 24v!! Yeah, thanks for that I'll be looking after my nice new engine, unlike the last owner  -
Get it sorted Nick :thumb right: :thumbleft: :salute:
-
Cool. Some fun should be had "getting rid of the cobwebs"
-
So what was the conclusion anyway?
-
The 24v will be a complete arse to fit though, you ideally need a VR to fit it to.
-
Sidelights from GSF for about £3 each iirc

Deepest condolences mate :( What are you gonna stick in the C? 1.8T? Andy will look after you anyway, he did a decent job on mine.

2. Your nice 12v V6 sounds more like farmer Giles tractor down the road :( -

Where do you live mate?
-
Just a bit more for you, its not the chains that need changing, its the guides that they sit on, as they are a bit weak. They tend to get replaced with mk4 guides these days, whcih are made better and stronger. Youre looking around £300-£400 iirc. Unless, youre handy with a spanner ;)
-
VW dont change the filter. You need to get one from them though, they are less than £10.

Neglected VR*Update(I think it's a dead 'un...)*

Save it!!! ;) -
No it didnt stall but it wouldnt drive. Try taking the ISV off, clean it with carb cleaner and see if it helps mate, its cheaper than replacing the MAF. A new MAF is around £300!!!
-
The ISV is located just behind the engine, as you look at it from the front. I had kangarooing on my last VR and that was caused by the MAF.
-
mwatson theres always people willing to help mate, so just fire away ;)
