Ah just saw It will reply in a bit. A couple iPhone sound clips... http://i287.photobucket.com/albums/ll141/big_k_1/0c2a0545.mp4 And a little 0-60 action... Bare in mind I have about 30kg of sub and box in the car and my cousin recording! http://i287.photobucket.com/albums/ll141/big_k_1/dfd914fb.mp4 Cheers

Kev, you summed it up! For those that are umming and arring make your mind up soon because come 1st may one of two things will happen; it gets sorn'd and locked away or I insurance it again and drive it for another year. Tax is until the end of the year btw as is the mot. £3600 cash takes the lot, £3500 without the plate. Cheers

Nice car I was considering this before I bought my storm. Schmidt's are awesome!

FS: Kenwood SE head unit, JBL 6-channel amp and 12" sub
Abdul replied to mrbeige's topic in Ebay and Misc
Price for just the amp? -
That's cheaper then vw, when I enquired about one a couple years ago it was something like £110. The parts guy even had a chuckle!

Cheers Kev. There's something about the way they drive that's a bit corrado like but with all the modern refinement you could want. It's that balance they have and the engine is creamy smooth! I know about the rear subframe mounts, will defo keep an eye out for that. I'd love an m3 but running costs will murder me lol. After the 4.3 clk the BMW should be pretty economical I reckon lol. To be honest thinking about it, I don't think I'm sick of corrados or wanting rid of mine for any reason other then the fact that I really want an e46. I keep driving my mates and it's just a good all rounder. If mine doesn't go within the next month at the price I want I'll reinsure it and look into refining the ride and interior a little. God I'd love to retro fit air con. Do you think it'd be possible to fit the mk4 system being as the 4mo lumps already in there?

Yep going to get a 330ci in a sport. I've found a couple with all the toys hence trying to shift the rado a bit quicker! I was looking at e46 m3's too as 7k gets you one but in my eyes it's like buying a VR for 1.5k, it's going to have issues plus general running costs etc makes them a not so good idea for now. I'll get a 330ci do a few chassis mods and enjoy it (I hope).

Hi guys, seen the car I want so 3600 takes it with the plate if anyone's interested. Cheers

Renshaw project (probably going to sell / swap)

Looks lovely Jay. Sits spot on too IMO. -
The corrado recaros are defo less comfortable then mk2/3 ones. Feck knows why. Vw pretty much killed the corrado off themselves.
-
Yep. Do a search, there are quite a few threads with reviews and a few before and after rolling road runs etc.

I don't personally like my sennheisers at all. I can remember the model no but they cost around £50. They have very little bass output and are very bright sounding, far too much treble.

Sorry to hear L504's being a b*tch mate. It gave me a hard time when I had it and it's still p*ssing you off! Hopefully it'll get through it's midlife crisis soon lol. Breakdown cover is flippin shocking mate. I've got mine through my insurance company and have had AA in the past and have never heard of paying recovery fees. It's bullsh*t. It's as if theyre charging you for their directory services. You could have probably had it towed cheaper if you just called a random local company.

He's in Essex mate.
-
He's already bought wheels haha! ---------- Post added at 6:24 PM ---------- Previous post was at 6:22 PM ---------- To be fair though I do agree with regards to the bushes etc. I have fk konigsports on mine and had them on my old VR too. The current car handles amazingly in comparison and almost feels as light footed as a valver. The difference between them being this car's polybushed where appropriate with a few OEM bushes thrown in to stop things getting too stiff.

I'd hold onto it mate. Give it a few more years and I'm sure it'll fetch good dollar. Markets a bit crap ATM. 9k on the clock is nothing. Give it a good detail and stick it in a garage and let it appreciate for a few years.

Gotta love Borbet T's. Get some more pics up fella.

Good luck with the mot mate. Wheels look ace!! :) -
They are and boy they are ****. You may aswell cut your springs.
-
Or save a few hundred and buy weitec's. The ride is pretty much the same but they aren't stainless. I had mine on for 2 years without greasing them once and they never seized etc.

Lol. Go for a nice set of coilovers to start with bud.
