Doh! I thought all mk3 calipers were m10x1.5? -
It doesn't, the wheel will simply sit out 5mm further. Because it is only 5mm I'm pretty sure some of the hub flange sticks out past the spacer and even if it doesn't 5mm is perfectly safe, just tighten your bolts!

Nop there's no such thing as hub centric 5mm spacers. Hub centric normally starts at 15mm. With these you can still use your standard bolts if that makes a difference...

Which coilovers did you go for in the end? I've got konigsports silver lines on mine (3rd set) and I must say they're mighty comfortable!

This will suit your tastes perfectly then as its perfect for filling in the gaps at decent volumes. It won't make your car fall apart with bass though which I guess you don't want anyway lol.

I want standard mate as I had a set of braided hoses give up on me in the past without warning, which wasnt much fun... I'll probably mock up some OEM mk3 hoses and see how it goes, if all fails then braided it is. -
Lol It depends on model etc but JL is generally regarded as being better. The boot floor can be lifted no probs but you have to push the rear seats forward a couple inches n lift and push the false floor until u clear the sub then pull it out as usual. Sounds long but it's a 5 second thing. You're more then welcome to get a listen Before buying...

Cool, do you know if any of the oem hoses will fit? Ie factory mk3 hoses or something? -

Prices dropped again, I'd prefer to keep the amp. £220 for the lot, £125 without the amp, £100 without the amp and amp rack (so boot floor, sub, sub box).

Yeah it's in good condition but it's had a crap respray in the past which needs addressing. Other then that just the usual corrado niggles but nothing worth mentioning.

I can't say I have mate, sounds a bit better but either way I'll be fitting a regular cone. It's got a decat and custom code phase 2 remap. It made 222 bhp on a slightly pessimistic rolling road. Rams, cheers mate, I'll get a vid or two up in a few weeks. Let me tidy the car up a little lol. I want your paint!

Yeah it does/did but I wanted some noise so removed it. It went down the chassis leg in front of the battery. Crap description but I'll put up a pic tommorow...

Yep he's right. So what you do is fit em, come mot time either find a friendly tester or remove em and refit after. 10min job once you've done em once.

It reminds me of the w12 golf vw built which is why I like it more then anything else. That with an r32t would be pure evil IMO! I'd have it in black though to tone it down a bit lol. You can tell I'm part of the fast and furious generation can't you lol.
