mines lowered 40mm on weitecs and dosn't rub no matter how hard i drive it! :clap: any lower than 40 though and the arches would need work i think

I run mine with the caps off and put sealant around the back of the centre cap. note the cap will still rub on the stub axle slightly so i modified my caps with a dremel :D

spot on mate ,i actually had a couple of calibra's [and astra gte's] and the engine was fantastic but they were so dull to drive.after i went out in a mates golf mk2 i was hooked and have had vw's ever since!

wheels dont look to bad but i dont like the exhaust looked its best like this imo

yer thanks lads ,think its just me with the headlight switch just dont want another cloud of smoke from the car! :lol:

just a little update.. spent a few hours on the car last weekend and got a few jobs sorted [engine mount etc] and felt pretty happy with myself when in true corrado fashion the headlight switch shorts out burning out a wire on the loom and causing smoke everywhere! :bad-words: .went to the stealers and got a new switch[now i know where they get their nickname from!]and repaired the wire[temp with conectors] but now the switch seems to run hot? does anybody have any idea's why this is ,im sure it was ok before please :help: anyway on a brighter note my recaro interior is in :clap: :D so much better than standard seats!
