Its same size as the internal of the coolant pipe, a case of inserting it and pushing it in slightly deeper than where it attaches to the throttle body

100% the issue id bet. Had the same issue with mine. ---------- Post added at 6:37 PM ---------- Previous post was at 6:36 PM ---------- Easiest thing would be to buy that hose from someone breaking a vr and cut it out.

Did you remove the one way brass valve from your old coolant hose when changing to Samco? Hose in question is : The one from back of head / throttle body to heater matrix. Its the hard lump you feel in throttle coolant pipe about 2" in from end. Cut it out and making sure not to confuse which way round to refit it into the samco hose. Paul

As above: Looking at moving to Peterbrough or the surrounding area and interested in feedback of nice areas. One other thing you could try is remove the belt and start it up. If noise is gone u know for definate its in that area... you can with engine off spin the individual pulleys over for grumbly bearings. If noise is still there with belt off it could be a exhaust blow - causing a clacking noise etc...

Il take the braided fuel lines please, i take it the gauge works and the lines are not damaged? Paul -
Hi Jon Best way i found was to fill a bath with hot water and flash liquid and leave it submerged for a while. Then come back and spray the intakes with oven cleaner, slosh it back and forth rinsing it through the bath water a few times till its clear, then finish with a shower and leave to drain or blow it oil with a airline blower. I did my manifold after shot blasting / powdercoating and although i had blanked all the intakes prior to their work i was suprised how much crap gets inside. Manifold comes up like new. Paul
