Ideal, the main selling point for me was getting them to fit behind my 16" schmidt wheels without spacers - i did have to champhur the top of the main cap bolts but fit is perfect..

Cant help you on porsche brakes question - google will probably yeild results as i was looking similarly ages ago. I went 4 pot brembo's from an alpha brera, 312 mk4 golf discs with 6mm spacers etc... I contacted a guy on ebay who helped me with the setup. Details are on my page if it helps.. Also worth noting, these brakes were a massive improvement and feel over the 288 brakes i had previously but it almost felt too good - almost as if i had no rear brakes as the fronts were so powerfull. I went for the 288 euro brake setup on the rear and combined its now spot on - really good ballanced feel braking through the car great pedal feel and pull your face off stopping performance when you need.. If doing the 280 rear setup are people changing to a adjustable rear brake bias or sticking with the standard setup just re adjusting? Paul

Quite a busy road to be parking on lol, but on a great day like it has been it was rude not to try and enjoy the rado.. Moving south of peterborough in two weeks, so alot closer for work for us both..

winchbietch replied to Jim's topic in ICE 'n' Secure
I got a t bar screen mount style dab aerial and mounted it just above the internal mirror. Not intrusive and not in vision - good reception. £15 from halfrauds. -
Not everones kind of present but : A new daily coming so I can have the corrado as a second car / weekend warrior. Means I can get fitting everything thats been stacking up in the garage :-) Sound proofing Black leather recaro's Trim interior pieces Lamin -x headlight film Wire up the vdo etc.. Plus not having to work on the rado as a priority = having more time so I can start building my chopper bike.:)

Not full kit no, I have the crank pully and tensioner but intend to do the waterpump at a later date. The crank pulley sold it for me as std is something like 8 - 10kg and the gruven is light as a feather Im using a mk4 120amp alternator I believe which required altering the pulley offset. This along with my lightened flywheel / obd2 schrick / 263 cams the pickup was very impressive. Expecially on b roads!! I reverted back to std flywheel after a few months though as a daily driving motorways i found you had to keep feeding it more throttle as it doesn't hold it momentum as long but as a b road blast though it was awesome and if it were a weekend toy I would have kept it on.
