  1. I hope you have the right water bottle... You will route the hose in the front up to the washers. Not difficult to mount, only time comsuming. The washers should only spray the headlights when you have the headlight switch on... a relay will controll that.
  2. Are you going to fit or are you removing? I dont understand the question. If you are fitting, then yes. How are you supposed to fit them without drilling?
  3. If thats a problem.. we will see! ;) I cant care less now... do you know why? Because I was promissed that 15m is enought and it wasnt! So I wraped the part that is right ontop of the steering rack just in case and leaved the rest. And what do you think would happen? Hot spot? On a VR6? The whole thing is a big hot spot!
  4. Not close to a final fitment... but soon! And did finally get the exhaustmanifold sorted! The heat wrap wasnt enought for the whole manifold.. but I got the most important parts covered :) The lower one is right over the steering rack.
  5. Why not the Calibra? Said no one ever.....
  6. Hi! Anyone running a 200cells on their VR6? What are youre expereience and thoughts? Im replacing my O2 sensor but its almost welded to the cat and Im going to break something soon... And by that I thought of a 200cell cat... but my fear is that it will not pass MOT. But what about sound? Will it make the car sound better?
  7. Is it possible to order one? :D
  8. Get the one with the right plugs! Some call their looms plug and play but uses ordinary terminals that just sticks into the oem plug. Get a loom with the right plugs and a good loom protection like tape or something, and water proof relays and you should be alright.
  9. Hi mates! Looking for a Vibra-Technics front mount for my VR6. Any one that has one and doesnt need it? :D
  10. Also.. Im trying to do the Teves 20I swap in my Corrado... I got new calipers waiting and the damn ABS system is puking on me! So get rid of the hatefull crap and change to a real vacuum operated braking system with a good ABS system... why not!
  11. VSR equiped moonlight blue VR should be mandatory ;) My EDD has a long way to go before he is done... but I will try and get the engine and chassi sorted this year, maybe paint next year... all depends on when Im done. Got a set of Speedlines that needs paint and the centercaps... Going to look awesome with 195/50 tyres ;)
  12. A messy update... alot of pictures.
  13. Thanks! A RPM Box is sorted, OBD2 i coming next year I hope !
  14. Those bushings are a real pain to get in... wow, why does it need to be this hard?
  15. Are we talking about buoyancy now? Do what you want man :D I know what I have read in my Flight Technician training books...
  16. Okey, I use Pascal's Principle and you use your "IMO". VW did uprate the calipers for a reason. Besides that, braided hoses fixed the so called sponge pedal that all you guys are talking about. But I also have a LHD car with a totaly different ABS pump so.
  17. There is two different MK4 calipers to use, one is 38mm and the other 41mm. I would belive that the 41mm version will make the car brake a little bit better. But I have yet to test it out. Original the caliper in the rear are 38mm so there is a 3mm increase.
  18. I got Goodridge stainless.. About 100quid for a set of six.
  19. http://www.mecatechnic.com/en-GB/breather-hose-for-vr6-engine-94_C132532.htm
  20. Any one that knows how to wire this thing? My manifold doesnt use the RPM regulator that older and Schrick manifolds uses...
  21. Doing the last thing to the manifold.. going to get some vac hoses and hose clips. But besides that.. Im going to install it and see whats what. Other plans is OBD2 conversion later on, and get it running on E85. Plans plans...
  22. HAHA! You can kiss my white pale butt ;)
