Hi all. I think I can remember some american cars in PVW and the likes that have had some sort of plastic based see through bonnets. Anyone know if theyre available in this country, and what sort fo cash they go for? Cheers

I find that my ezhaust spews flames in every gear when I rag it and make the gear change 'sudden', rather than easing in the clutch. I've stopped doing it now because I probably look like bit of a fool, and it melts the rubber exhaust mounts :/

Hola. Ive been on the forum a while Joined when the missus had a Rado 16v and I had a mk4 polo 1.4. Gareths off to Milton Keynes from SouthWales at the end of the month with a new job. Hes currently got a white mk2 16v as a run around. Hes not sure what he's doing yet for his next car. Car is running ok apart from really bad fuel consumption. It needs a bloody good set up at G Werks.

Yah its higher now, I couldnt get it into work over the sppedbumps. Its going to have to go up again in 8 weeks time because I were moving to new offices with BIIIG speedbumps outside. :(

I dont know but phatvr6 has done it. I'd imagine the engine qould be quite a few quid on its own, never mind fitting one. You'd have to go 4 wheel drive as well. Tell him to fettle a G60, it'll be cheaper.

Get it to G werks, better to catch any problems early on than have the bugger blow up :)

I've got an sns chip in my g60. Its an off the shelf jobby. I'll need my car mapped now as its not running properly, ie using waaay too much fuel. its always best that a chip is written specifically for your set up.

Hi all. I puchased my C about 3 weeks ago now. After the foul weather recently i noticed the windows steam up when its outside my house. This isnt a good sign, so i go and check the carpets. sure enough, the front and back ones are wet. The car is not parked at an angle. Are there anyt common corrado problems that wil lead to interior leakage? Also, the underneath was Waxoyled by the previous owner, would this have anything to do with it, like blocking drainage holes at all? Previous owner probably wouldnt have noticed leakage as its been kept garaged. Cheers for any help!

I havent noticed any change in drievability at all. Just lumpy sounding idle when at the lights.

I got a 285 in mine and im loving it :) Dependsif you like lumpy idle really i suppose.

bear in mind if your after a cheap paint job, a cheap paint job you wil get! and there realy is nothing worse than a bady painted car. I'd save up for a bit longer and get a proper job done :)

I think the corrado is one of the most gorgeous cars to ever grace Welsh tarmac.
