Im keeping mine until I can sell it for more than the £8900 I paid for it 8 years ago  Thats my excuse for hanging on to it for the next 20 years anyway
-
How does it compare to the P21S that I have always used?
-
ARZ do them really expensive though! http://www.arz-tuning.de/shop/product_i ... rrado.html £250 a side!

On some 10 mile journeys on major A roads around where I live I am only 10 minutes slower on my bike

Ditto in the Peak District. You can imagine how bad it is here with all the tourists gawping at everything. But yes as you say Stuart the crazy thing is you have these perfectly straight surfaced roads with clear visibility at 50 and then B roads with blind corners, crests, junctions, cyclists, walkers, tractors, cows! etc etc at national limit. Not that I am saying make them 50 as well!!!!! Why the hell there is not more driving education in this country I do not know. The Norwegians know how to do it so why cant we. Re-tests for people of retirement age is a must as well as far as I am concerned with retests every five years there after. Plus GP's should have the authority to remove a patients right to drive if they deem them unfit to do so. Rant over, cheers for the platform  Matt

Blimey just caught up with your gearbox saga, what a nightmare. You really should go and see a solicitor about your burns mate, that is terrible. Probably find that you would get an easy few £k. And Im not into getting insurance money for nothing but what you suffered is definitely not nothing! Just to echo a few of the thoughts on your for sale thread, I would get a cheap run around for a bit and give yourself time to settle down after all that has happened recently. Just dont get a Rover 400..... :nono:  -
Whats wrong with a nice normal NA 12V  Keep it standard and buy something else stupid thats what I say

What are the weights then? Looking good I think. In the std silver they get lost a little next to your white paintwork compared to your polished std ones. But still looking good! :salute: -

I was thinking this, but didnt want to post it as it sounded like you had mind your mind up. Seems a great shame to get so far and spend so much only to chuck it all in at the final hurdle. Good luck with whatever you choose to do however. Matt
