I dont know where you find the energy from for all that cleaning! Think my show cleaning days are well and truly behind me LOL Got tired at the weekend giving mine a clean, polish, cleanse and wax  Keep up good work tho. What are you using to clean up the engine bay? I really should make the effort...

Nice one mate, looks superb. Reckon those wheels will look awesome 8) Rear arches with the 9" wheels are great!

^^ that's a bit rubbish, anything I post Parcelforce 24 from work, up to 25KG is £5.95 I wouldn't worry much about posting one, they are pretty tough, in fact the only way to break them is to fit them to the front of a C apparently :) Hi David Out of interest how many parcels a day do you send out to get that rate? Thanks Matt

I can believe that, even my E30 316i Lux Touring was a hoot in the wet
-
Well if you are used to an older RWD car then I can see why you may have found it a little boring. Lot more feedback than most modern cars though. And you can have fun with the back end unbalancing it into corners if you so wish. That is why I like them tbh they are the perfect refined small GT car until you take it by the scruff of the neck :norty:

I thought you owned a rado? Do you mean a VR6 version?
-
if i could afford one beleive me i would mate having recently driven one My shopping list 8 years ago was Corrado VR6, E30 M3 or 968 CS/Sport. But I struggled after almost a year of looking to find a decent example of the Beemer or Porche :( Still shouldnt really complain despite the residuals Im very happy with the VR :D E30 was another step up in the handling department tho 8)

I think you should buy an E30 M3 and be the happiest person on the planet
-
Because they are drift cars! They are set up to go around corners sideways, not generate huge amounts of cornering grip
-
Detailed headlights would look 8) Do love the black and white look!
-
And now you have ruined it.. Hey if you dont try sometimes you just don't know do you

Really like the ABT's fella 8)

Take a look at this and tell me the film looks crap, the mountain roads fake, the modified car scene unreal and the kids not having enough money for the cars 8) :salute:
-
I have to say I quite liked it, but then I did used to be into the Jap scene. Girls yeah obviously hot. Believable? Well yeah its as believable as any other film made for entertainment purposes :cuckoo: If you have seen the top Jap boys drifting then you would know it is VERY believable. Fake Mountain? Yeah for sure but it is still based on the mountains around Tokyo where drifting first started. Ruining modified car scene? That IS the modified car scene for some people. Just cos you aint in to it doesnt mean others arent. Hey Im not in to gay porn but I hear it sells by the bucket load

Ditto all that. My EBC red stuff pads and drilled Zimmermans work better than my Black Diamond EBC greenstuff combo I had. Would have been different with harder pads though. But then at 3 times the price.....
-
Would have thought the Pagids would be good. They are pretty darn expensive where ever you get em from and yeah you are right about the dust
-
I doubt they will warp. But make sure you buy a hard compound pad to go with em or they will eat your std, ebc greenstuff type pads like a wolverine through a marmot
-
Nice one! :D Dont forget to weigh them as well!

No probs mate It is a pretty straight fwd job. Prob around 3-4 hours. Top tip is to take pics as you go so you remember where everything goes

Sorry  You going to make it on Sunday to the Derby meet Matt? Won't be able to make it Matt, I'm pre-disposed in Bedford this weekend... :norty: Was going to get the Audioscape install done over the Bank Hol, but a man's gotta prioritise... Oh yeah I think I remember reading that now ha ha ha  Have fun :smurf: :luvlove: :smurfette:

The mechanism will need cleaning mate. Loads on this if you do a quick search on the forum. http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=3085588 It is a fiddly little job. Best to do it sooner rather than later though. That way you wont burn the motor out. Matt
