looks stunning mate! This car is fast turning into something special! :)

You can just take the front end off a wheel the engine out on a trolley jack if need be. Definitely worth having a couple of mates around to help- makes a tricky job pretty easy. Took the engine out of my last breaker on my own in around 4 hours. That included taking the gearbox off, although the front end had already been removed, which obviously made things so much easier. Worst parts are the manifold/downpipe and drive shafts.

Also worth cleaning the factory immobiliser plug if you have one and check that the plug to the back of the clocks is secure.

Was it a Paypal echeque? These can take several days to clear...

Moved. Autoglym machine cleaner is pretty good. If using a steam cleaner or water, foil is good to protect the electrics, as you can mould it around stuff.

Team : West Ham Utd. Supported them for 33 years. Initial interest started when they managed to reach the FA Cup Final from the old 2nd division. Watched them beat Arsenal in the final with a Sir Trev header and have been hooked ever since. This season? : Pretty optimistic. Despite the naysayers, Big Sam has done a fantastic job in bringing stability to a club in a complete shambles. We have played some great football at times. It's a complete myth that Sam's teams are purely long ball. We should be aiming for top 10, with an outside chance of Europe or a cup. Game youre looking forward to? : The Spuds and Chelski games are a real buzz. It was nice to actual compete with Man Ure last season as well. Hopefully we can beat them this year! Players? : We actually have a player other teams properly fear now in Carroll. My concern is his fitness. We've also signed Rat who is Romania's captain and we should be signing a right sided attacker very soon too. Kevin Nolan is a fantastic captain and will always score goals. Got high hopes for Matt Jarvis, who really found form in the latter stages of last season. We all know what a fully fit Joe Cole is capable of and with Diame, Diarra and Noble we have a very strong midfield. Keep an eye out for Ravel Morrison- seems like he's sorted himself out at last and has been absolutely electric in pre-season...

Due to having a re-think about the car, I've got the following items up for sale: Raceland stainless 6-branch exhaust manifold. This is brand new and never been fitted. Includes the complete fitting kit and is partially wrapped. I will also include the remaining wrap + steel ties, saving the buyer the hassle of sourcing these seperately. The wrap etc cost around £30 on its own! £140 delivered. SOLD 4 X VR6 Speedline alloys. These have been shotblasted and powdercoated. They haven't been on a car since. Centre caps included, although one has been damaged. Looking for £135 collected. SOLD Brand new Jetex pollen filter to fit all Corrados. Pretty sure these are obsolete now: £15 delivered. SOLD

I'm feeling the same way too :( however, I can't really find anything as good for the same money as the Storm as a replacement. BAM Cupra R and WRX estate are where I'm currently at... Jim, maybe worth giving LauraJ a pm. Pretty sure her and Ross bought a 182 after the VR. Jim Bowen, what about a 350z or S2000?

Could be blue temp sensor, fuel prob such as relay or leaky injector, Maf or split pipe. Had similar probs and turned out to be a split in the plastic intake.
