I've currently got a Magnex and agree with the above. Pretty certain Venom still sell Magnex stuff. Rate Jetex too though.

Great! Not sure yet- last time we all arrived on Saturday morning and stayed that night. Ticket is the same price whether you stay the whole time or just camp the one night. Will have a think... Will Heather be coming along too? -
Jetex and Magnex tailpipes are only fractionally larger than the standard pipe and look perfect in the bumper cutout ;)
-
That really does make quite a difference! Looking forward to seeing you work your magic with these 8) ---------- Post added at 8:13 PM ---------- Previous post was at 8:11 PM ---------- + that's a steal for a new head- wish I had a couple of hundred spare!
-
Think you can still get it (someone correct me if I'm wrong!), but it's £££! A 2.0 16v exhaust will fit ;) Jetex and Magnex are the best aftermarket exhausts IMHO.

Was a good day despite the weather. Thanks to Jake's Mum (who is fast gaining legendary status!) for the amazing stake and ale pies 8) Nice to catch up with Jake and Ian and also to meet Lewis and Heather. We all had a good chat with the BMW guys- much mutual appreciation going on :) -
Rob's Project VR6 and 2.0 16v, VR6 head rebuild.

Welcome back to the fold! Bargain 8) -
The MAF won't necessarily throw a code though, even if faulty... I've got similar symptoms to you and think it's almost certainly the MAF. Been like that for a while, but has got steadily worse, and it's even started stalling and idling too high etc. Have unplugged it and noticed no change in the engine note etc :( I'll let you know if a new one cures it.
-
Yeh, I bet! 8) ---------- Post added at 9:54 AM ---------- Previous post was at 9:54 AM ---------- He he! Real Steel- 7/10 pleasantly surprised- good effects and decent story (a little predictable though!). Weird- I was so desperate for the robot to win all its fights as if it was real  Job done from the writerdirector/producer/actors etc then! The Lives of Others: Excellent film (borrowed from Vornwend) about the Stasi in East Berlin etc- 85/100. Makes you realise just how lucky we really are living in a properly democratic country.

Well done, Eric- certainly deserves to be in a magazine 8)

Wow! Stunning! 8)

Got an HD TV arriving in a couple of weeks- first thing I'll be watching is the Star Wars Blu Rays! We're exactly the same- wifey likes Sith best, my fav is ESB 8)

A well maintained G60 will definitely get better MPG. You will have to budget for a charger rebuild every 20-40K though, depending on other mods. Other than that, running costs are pretty similar between all the models.

Have dash + undertrays/glovebox/doorcards/boot carpet (3 pcs)/black centre tunnel, A, B, C + joining trim, parcel shelf supports inc speakers. Would need collecting.

Wow! Looks stunning mate! Love the special edition CF engine cover 8)

Out of the two, definitely R32.
-
Not sure mate- get someone to press the accelerator pedal with the engine off- you should find it pretty quickly.
-
Simply awesome! Like Vaughan says, looks at least as clean as the VR. Any engine bay/interior pics?
-
Nope. Think the 9A one will fit a VR though.
-
As said above- my money's on the vac pipe. Comes through the bulkhead somewhere behind the airbox- think there are a couple of connectors, so it can come apart quite easily if tinkering ;)
-
Alex, so sorry to hear that :( All the best with finding a new job! Go for it mate!
-
Oh man! :( Thanks for letting us know. Do Samco sell single hoses?
-
Glad she's up and running and out of hibernation! 8) Not coming to Coleford then? :(
