sold 16" 5x100 Cades Eros poished lip with gold centre
V-Dubstar replied to V-Dubstar's topic in Parts for Sale
;) Yeh they do look lovely on the right coloured car!! -
For sale: A set of Cades Eros', gold centre with polished lip. 16" x 7J ET30, 5x100. Slight kurbing on front 2 rims, nothing too bad or noticeable unless looking for it. Pirelli P Zero Nero's 205/45/16 on all 4. Front 2 have around 3mm left, back 2 have 4-5mm left. Note that the front 2 tyres were subject to some bad cuts from the arch after I went over a large hidden dip fully loaded on the way to a festival!! (see pics) I drove home fine with these, and continued to do so for another 2-300 miles and they never lost any pressure, although I wouldn't advise to drive with them like this - do so at your own risk if u do!! :bonk: Think 3mm spacers are needed to fit over the front brakes, I needed 13mm spacers for the fronts with my 288 calipers, with brand new pads. Spacers can be provided at additional cost if required, comes with the 57.1 spigot rings though. After £225 ono collected. They're currently at my mothers house in Chepstow S.Wales, but could be transported to Westbury, Wiltshire if needed.

Interested in these mate and live in S.Wales some of the time. Did u ever have any problems with them on the car with the offset and them sticking out too much and rubbing other than the one time with passengers or do they fit nicely in unmodified arches? Any chance of finding out the width and ET of them? It should be stamped on the wheel somewhere... -

Sorry mate could've sworn I'd replied to this as well!! Thanks man, it was a bit of a stretch getting them, even 2nd hand but got a good deal they had hardly been used!! :) Wicked, I had a little go at mixing vinyl and planned to learn there 1st as it always has been then move onto CDJ's.....however one drunken night my mate pressured me into having a go on his CDJ 2000's (industry standard), and I loved it!! The CUE button just makes life so much easier!! Not 100% keen on psy-trance, we're off to Tribe of Frog tonight in Bristol, it's an awesome psychedelic night with psy-trance, psy-breaks, techno, electro and breaks - always a wicked night out with loads of visuals!! :D Haha I love the whole 8bit digital feel of Electro, think that's why it's become my passion lol!!
-
No worries dude! Haha yeh I know exactly what u mean, there's so many sub genre's being created it's silly!! I love a bit of Trance me, and partial to a little Hardhouse! More about the bassline though with Jungle, D&B, Breakz and Electro!! :afro:

Hiya Neil, is there still a discount code we can use?

Haha it's all Electro dude apart from a few bar's of D&B on the Deadmau5 remix, it can be quite savage though and sound similar to Dubstep at times!! A lot of Electro producers actually make a Dubstep or 2 tunes, or vice versa!! Yeh sure man, here it be: Flat Beat - Mr.Oizo We Interrupt This Program - Coburn (Jean Claude Ades Remix) We Are Now Connected - Mord Fustang Ghosts n Stuff - Deadmau5 (DiiSTORTiiON edit) Midnight Moroder - DJ Dank (Darth & Vader Remix) The Funky Drama - Felguk (FTampa Remix) Big Red Planet - The S

Can't believe they had the audacity to laugh at u whilst u were alongside them. Can't believe this even happened at all, what a couple of f'ing scrotes!!!!! Really hope u get a good result mate, I've had a couple of scrapes completely not being my fault and being out of pocket afterwards it ain't nice. Hell yeah!!

I've actually spent the last 6 months or so debating selling up and buying something different, I think I've lost the love a bit for it since I never drive it much these days with using a company van all day that I take home. Price range was around the 5-6k mark!! Here's my shortlist of what I was looking at: Newer: TT Leon Cupra MK4 Same era or older: TVR Chimaera Mk1 Golf or Caddy Merc 190e Rover SD1 Reliant Scimitar Mk2 Rocco Mk2 Fiesta Probably a couple more but can't think!! I've decided within the last few days that instead I'm gonna spend some cash on my 'rado and keep the old boy. Simply because I know I'll regret it if I sell it, when I do actually drive it I remember why I love it so much, and I don't think there's ever been a time when I've walked past it/parked up in the van/got out of the 'rado itself that I haven't turned back and admired it!!

Sweet man u got vinyl turntables? Haha sweet can't wait to move out so I can buy some decent monitors and crank up the volume!! Unfortunately have to listen back on a set of Logitech speakers with a sub box we bought for the TV lol!! Does the job I guess but the quality ain't amazing. U'll have to excuse the mixes though there's always an error somewhere lol, listening back to that Eric. mix yday I'm noticing all sorts of level issues lol
-
Thanks man I really appreciate that!! :) Why ain't your decks set up all the time then bud? There's a few more on my Soundcloud page if u wanna check 'em out mate, the 'UMU set' has a couple of really funky Electro tunes near the beginning ;)

V-Dubstar replied to Haribo's topic in Parts for Sale
Alright mate, sorry completely forgot to reply to this!! I'm not really interested if I'm honest dude what just curious as to what you wanted for them more than anything, the brakes are fine on mine atm and this would've been just buying spares - there's plenty of bits I should be saving for instead ha! What colour's ur motor, I drive around the Chippenham area daily so will look out for u! -
Mental, I would've bitten ur arm and possibly a leg off it these were 5 stud!

http://www.dubdesignindustries.com/installation/gaugeinstall.pdf is a nice guide to getting the dash clocks out mate, the bottom left and middle pics on the 1st page, where the 3 holes are by the blue strip is where the 3 dash lights go. They're twist and pull ones, like these but can't remember what type they are http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bulbs-Lamps-x-6-Dash-Board-Audi-VW-Seat-Skoda-/320851730959?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4ab440e20f#ht_500wt_1287 Plus if u want u can use different coloured bulbs, or use a different coloured strip (Corrado uses green, with white coloured bulbs)

Thanks mate!! Nice, only been to Ibiza once keep meaning to go back!! I got me some Pioneer CDJ 900's bud, so CD decks! (Although they have USB input so I stick all my tunes onto that rather than shed loads of CD's)

Thanks mate!! Haha, Electro House, I can't imagine it's very similar to original Electro :) I haven't mate, you'll have to link me up!!
