Ok this has happened to me twice now and was wondering if anyone knows what it could be.... On both occasions, I've been braking hard (not over excessively), but for instance the last time I was coming off the motorway into a services, and noticed a speed bump so braked a little harder than normal to a 5ish mph movement, and the engine cut out. The 1st time was a similar story. The motor started straight back up with the key after, but obv I had to turn ignition off 1st. Is this an issue anyone else has come across? Sometimes when I'm braking at a roundabout for instance the rev's fluctuate below idle speed....I'm not sure if this would be linked or not?

Ended up behind a Blackberry? L reg rado with BBS' near Briz on the M4 earlier today - got the ol' thumb up and a 1mile convoy til the M32 junction!! Tidy 'rado mate, was loving that stance when I seen u in the distance lol!!

I have a set of speedlines round Swompy's house, in a gunmetal colour finish. The front tyres would probably need replacing either now or soon, but the rears are Falken's and should have a good 4-5mm of tread on them. The Speedlines when went into re-furb were top notch condition, maybe a couple of marks on them now but they're in Gloucester atm so can't get any detailed photos, could get Swompy to if u like? Would want £200 for them mate

Saw a Sherry Pearl (i think) VR parked up at the Glade festival last wknd!! Also saw a modified rado in Bath yesterday around 11-12pm, had a spoiler on it!

I think indicators need to be changed, and something done to rear lights (be it smoke them, all red, DECENT aftermarkets) and the height lowered a bit. This is how the Corrado should have been in my eyes for it to be perfect from factory!!

That paint is making me think about taking out another loan Rob.....looking very nice!! Await the next lot of pix!! :D

Looks like I may either not be going now, or solo'ing it!! My mates bailed at the last minute, leaving me with the option of paying for all fuel costs and being a loner, or accepting the loss of the ticket price!! I imagine I'll end up going down on my own but won't be as much fun =(

Was fitting a drastically overdue rear wiper blade @ Halfords last week. Could hear a couple of people from behind a van walking towards us and them saying "Wow, that's a nice looking car" and someone else "Yeh, it's a Corrado, VR6 - nice" When they walked round past the van and saw me they gave me the thumbs up and complimented it again! Loving it!

I think she looks like a beaut mate!! Like I said if it were me I'd get tinting tho to make it more dark! It's between red or black for the calipers for me! Got any more frontal shots? (of the car before anyone says anything!!) :lol:

I'll definitely be going! Bought my ticket yonks ago lol!! I know it's reputation has certainly gone downhill a lot within the VW community - it even classes itself as a 'VW and modified car festival' now!! I for one love the amazing DJ's they have there, love that it's a 3-day wknd due to the bank holiday, love the fact u can camp there til the following Friday so u wish, love that it's in Newquay, and love that it's so cheap!! Plus there be Dubz!! Where's everyone coming from then and when they deciding to go down? Sam.l I should be leaving from Chepstow!!

Ha there should be more pix after the end of this month as I'll be heading down RttS!! U'll have to wait until then I'm afraid bud Hmmm motivation. Can't say I'm much of an expert when it comes to motivation dude lol!! But ur car's pretty mint mate just add a couple of little touches!! I love my pressed plates man to the point I don't like acrylics plates anymore lol! I decided with the GB, my thoughts were that it made the car look a little more modern which I liked. If it were my car dude and u needed some changes looks wise, I'd go for some red standard lights or even DIY red tinted crystal rears, and think about tinting the headlights and/or fogs - coz a dark stealthy VR looks well mean!!

Getting bloody sick of spotting all these Corrado's lately ;) A red K reg rado stuck in Devizes traffic around 11.30am, black rims with a red pinstripe on 'em. Looked like it had an early grill? Also a blue rado ending in 'PBD' in Box, near Bath around 12.30pm!

Passed the MOT today!! :D 1 of the rear number plate lights was out so a quick tap sorted that out, no advisories!! :D:D
