    Not to hijack, but my vr6 block was put together with kolbenscmidt rings and crankshaft and main bearings, are these good? I am asking because the engine is still apart . Thanks

    hi all, not to hijack, but I recently made a similar thread on vwvortex. http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?5814814-will-this-combo-work-vr6 all they said was that I should get 268 cams. I just want a little more power, do the 268 change the characteristics of the engine alot ? what about the exhaust gases check when doing a MOT? thanks Hendrik

    hey all, just saw this GB, I have a question, Is it possible to get the map somehow sent to me, or are every vr6 so individual that a general x cam map wont be half as good? seeing as I live in Estonia, there is really no way I can come to uk for a remap...would be a nice trip though. if YES its doable, then is it still possible to join? thanks H

    288s should fit easily, only 8mm bigger than stock if I am not terribly mistaken.

    hi all, I am about to replace my thermostat housing, along with all the parts around there, plus I got a GruvenParts crackpipe. should I put any silicone between the plastic parts?

    hey, do you have the part that is next from the handbrake trim, the part that slides onto the handbrake "arm" , if you do, post pics and price ( if its in good condition ofcourse ) would like it shipped to Estonia.
